The service and food was very good. Parking was easy and the all you can menu was cool but different. Just remember to pace yourself and that you will get the menu back so don't over order too much. There was only one sauce we didn't care for out of the multiple rolls we ordered, but I'm not sure what sauce it was.
Not very good baked mussels were cold no alcohol to drink crunch roll tempura was stale will not be going back.
Excellent service. Friendly staff. Great food. Good price. Overall fantastic first experience.
It was Clean! And the hosts Maxine and Darion were very sweet and helpful. Food was good. Prepare for SEA tastes as requested. Prices weren't bad especially for the amount of food recieved. The restaurant itself was cute and I believe the latest reservation was 7 730 even though Google has later times.
The place decor was beautiful and food was delicious and service was perfection. Traveling from Cali back home to AZ, I am happy we made time to sit down and eat here. I highly recommend the beef Yaki udon. Brandi was our server and she was very kind to answer our questions, great energy and very quick. Super server forsure.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved her dish and she enjoyed her little voice not being ignored by the server. She felt like a little adult ordering her drink and food.
The sushi here is fabulous beyond words. So fresh and sweet. Although they did not yet have a liquor license, the tea offerings were excellent. You can order off the menu and pay per serving or select the all you can eat option. Which includes most on menu. Only disappointment was the sashimi option which you can order per person. The plate came but only had 3 pieces of tuna and salmon each. To me, a sashimi plate should include tuna, salmon, octopus, scallops and maybe couple of other fish options you know one of each. But again what was served to us was suburb. As fresh as it gets. Highly recommend this place even without the liquor. My understanding is the place is under new owners and is undergoing a new menu and atmosphere. We will be back when we return to Vegas. My grandson loved it and told me to give it 5 stars. There is a lesser charge for kids. ?
This was one of our favorite spots before the pandemic, and I am really glad they reopened for lunch. I am happy to recommend Hayashi. The fish quality is great, their all-you-can-eat option has good selections, and the servers are friendly and courteous. We will most definitely be back - this is one of the best sushi places in Vegas (price vs quality vs service). I love the ambiance too - lots of space with projector screens and a giant sushi bar.
My wife and I had lunch here before heading back Utah! Food was quite delicious and filling! My wife enjoyed the rolls offered at the "all you can eat" lunch, I enjoyed my selection as well and would gladly visit again! Darion our server was delightful, from giving recomendations and was excellent making sure we had everything. Really great service and great food value.
We came to this restaurant quite often until they changed to a new ownership. We gave it a try a few times under the new management and we can clearly see that the food quality have gone down each time. They also changed to a new menu. Many dishes are now considered as a “premium” or “add-on” to your AYCE (buffet) price. Our last visit in June 2022, the fish is not fresh and room temperature to touch. We will not come back or recommended this restaurant to anyone again.
I would give it 3.5 stars. The price was very reasonable for the food. Our waiter must have been new and didn't make it clear about how to order so we got way to much food. Most of it was good. I probably would not choose to go back.
Restaurantji Recommends
Went to Hayashi for dinner. We had edamame, beef teriyaki with rice, California roll, New York Crunch Roll, and 2 different kinds of sashimi plates. The food and service were excellent! Loved it all!
waiter was rude no alcohol couldn't take orders right have to fight just to gwt a drink order this place is done do not recommend
Due to supply and cost, some super premium items are not available despite it being limited. Which we understand during the recovery. I wish this will improve a bit. However the price we paid is very reasonable. We travel from Los Angeles and AYCE in CA is never this good. Quality and price. We shall return.
Birthday Dinner, My Partner and I . He had been recently, wanted to return, this was my 1st time. Upon our 2 pm arrival , greeted and seated promptly , 5 mins, server arrived , provided water, left then came back, 10mins ?, took drink/ appetizers orders and about 15 mins later I received some of my order , but still no Tea for my partner, asked again, 10-15mins went by, asked another server , still no tea or appetizer's for my partner, so by about 25-30 mins total , he received his tea, still no food. Another server arrived , asked what he ordered, but they should have it documented , by this time we realized is was not entered. Both server's communicated to us ( they were short staffed, had call off's, one with a slight attitude towards our communicating our concerns. not cool ) We both voiced our disappointment at the wait times and were about to leave, when the manager arrived, with some food ( not his order) but provided numerous apologies and then asked us to remain and that he would comp the meal. That was all good, appreciated, as we are just regular folks, that like sushi , and I can't even remember ant other time we felt like leaving a dinner, especially for a birthday, all of a sudden food started appearing ??, the meal was comped, the main server ,then sincerely apologized, was eventually tipped and the food was delicious. Suggestion , Just let people know , before they enter , or our seated , that you are short staffed or made a mistake , that would have addressed the situation, we would of understood, especially in today's never ending COVID climate.
We have previously been to Hayashi 3 or 4 times. This visit was a bit of a disappointment. No liquor license yet no mention of this on their website. Even the menu still had their BOGO deal for Hayashi Lager listed on it. Service was spotty as we had to ask 3 times for more water. Nice enough person; just needs to move faster. Food was for the most part good. We got served mackerel when we ordered yellowtail. The yakisoba was terrible as it was runny. No salmon teriyaki. We may try again but we will give the new ownership some time to straighten thing out.
