Heart Attack Grill is located on Fremont Street. The environment is cool and fun, with a proposal totally out of the ordinary. The restaurant follows a “hospital” concept: the waiters dress up as nurses, the guests receive an avental and those over a certain weight eat for free. The menu is focused on extremely high-calorie hamburgers, fried potatoes in pork bath and heavy milk-shakes, all in a purposefully exaggerated and ironic way. The experience draws more attention to the concept and play than to the gastronomy itself. Particularly, despite the fun environment, I didn't find the food good.

One of the funniest experiences I’ve ever had. This is one of those places you must visit if you’re traveling to Las Vegas. The burger was delicious and huge for the price. The bartenders were super funny and friendly. If you don’t finish your food, they’ll hit you in a funny way. I highly recommend coming here, but make sure you arrive hungry!

Nurse “Junior” over stepped herself and this mom is furious!!! My daughter , almost age 18, has a huge bruise on leg she did voluntarily get paddled but Nurse Jr took it too far !! I didn’t realize it till the morning and I was furious!

OMG the food was awesome. The nurse waitresses were great. Loved watching the guys get whipped for not eating all their food. Nice atmosphere, clean and loved wearing the patient gowns. We really enjoyed this place.

From start to finish, this place has the fun factor built in. The hospital gown,the drinks,the music are all worthy of a cheesy smile,but the star of the show was our waitress Rikki. Her humour and confidence shone through. Oh yeah the burgers were really good and tasty.

I’ve seen this place many times on previous visits to Vegas, my daughter on her first visit wanted to try so in we went, was late afternoon the window covers were still on, they explained about the having to finish everything or you get smacked Shown to our table, our waitress was nice enough, the place is grubby, decor is quirky. Non stop videos of servers dancing looking very uncomfortable are played. We ordered the jelly vaccine shots which were nice enough, not overly potent but cool. The food arrived, one bite told me the hamburger meat was bad, it was rancid, my daughter’s was the same. We informed our server who said she was sorry about it but couldn’t take it back as they’d take it out of her wage, erm I think not, she tossed the burgers into the nearby trash can, I told her I’m aware it’s not your fault but you seriously cannot expect us to pay for food that’s bad, she repeated they’d make her pay for it, I requested the manager at this point. Older woman wearing scrubs arrived, asked if we’d eaten it, server said I had which was utter rubbish I value my stomach lining too much and seriously didn’t relish the idea of having non stop diarrhoea on my 11 hour flight two days later, she then loudly stated that she’d just got there and wasn’t dealing with stupid and cheap. Well Mrs customer service personified I’ll have you know I’m neither of those things, your hamburger meat was bad! It was off! It was rancid! It still cost us $50 for the bits we’d had we still gave the server a tip. My overall tip to the owner of this place would be to send your manager on a customer service course or sack her! The concept is cool but the reality was dirty surroundings and terrible food. Save your money.

Took my fiancé here after joking around with him about taking him here. Nurse Jazmin was very nice and made the experience very welcoming for us. Service was very great and fun! A bit of a bold statement, but I really enjoyed their burgers. The buns are not soggy, moreover a artisanal bread which was very nice. The burger itself wasn't greasy, I even added bacon to mine. The fries were pretty good as well, they were still crunchy after I ate my burger which was really pleasant. My fiancé and I did finish our food, but we still got spanked for the fun of it and to get the full experience.
