The burger was amazing... even tho i couldnt finish it.. and got spanked. I finished it for dinner later. The staff was very friendly and funny. I enjoyed my time here.

Place is kinda run down. Food OK. Chili cheese fries were great! Burgers are big... don't over like all of us did. Son liked jello shots. You can opt out of spanking if you don't eat everything you order!

When I went they were pretty much empty. They were three waitresses one bartender and I think maybe four tables including my friends and I. Thought it would be a fun place to go wasn't really that entertaining or fun. The best part of the environment would feel that didn't finish her food got spanking by a thick leather whip. Voices didn't hold back You could hear it pop throughout the entire restaurant.

It's ok, food wise. Funny ideas, but it's just silly gimmicks for me. I don't want to be forced to wear the gown, but I guess it's a good idea if you're eating a messy quadruple or bigger burgers. Fun if you're not too much of a thinker or you want to see people getting spanked very hard with a leather belt. I would definitely avoid the cheap canned chilli on the burger, but the bacon was good and crispy and the fries were fresh and hot, crispy. Large can of A&W root beer on ice was good.

I’ve walked by several times and finally went inside. Got to wear the gown which is clean and not inconvenient or awkward. Sat at the bar and observed the theatrics of paddling and the customer reactions. Was skeptical of the burger but it was good! Service was good too. This is just at the entrance of Fremont. Give this spot a try if you want something different.

Heart Attack Grill is located on Fremont Street. The environment is cool and fun, with a proposal totally out of the ordinary. The restaurant follows a “hospital” concept: the waiters dress up as nurses, the guests receive an avental and those over a certain weight eat for free. The menu is focused on extremely high-calorie hamburgers, fried potatoes in pork bath and heavy milk-shakes, all in a purposefully exaggerated and ironic way. The experience draws more attention to the concept and play than to the gastronomy itself. Particularly, despite the fun environment, I didn't find the food good.

One of the funniest experiences I’ve ever had. This is one of those places you must visit if you’re traveling to Las Vegas. The burger was delicious and huge for the price. The bartenders were super funny and friendly. If you don’t finish your food, they’ll hit you in a funny way. I highly recommend coming here, but make sure you arrive hungry!

Nurse “Junior” over stepped herself and this mom is furious!!! My daughter , almost age 18, has a huge bruise on leg she did voluntarily get paddled but Nurse Jr took it too far !! I didn’t realize it till the morning and I was furious!
