You must be hungry! We came in as 4 people, two of us took the Triple cheeseburger with Chili cheese fries and the other two took a Single cheeseburger with same fries.1 - Portions were huge. Fries were crazy good.For the burger... The first 2 layers of the burger were amazing. Juicy, soft, tasty, the bacon was crunchy, the cheese was melted... The 3rd layer is another story, we couldn't swallow anymore!! I think our bodies decided to stop ourselves from eating that much fat!! As you know the rule here... We got slapped! (Which I admit, hurts a bit!)2 - The atmosphere was great! Watching people getting slapped while eating was fun, the waitresses were very friendly, and all the weird videos on the TVs all around you are making it a really cool place to be.The only negative thing i would say about this place is the slice of red onion being gigantic. I could taste the 3 slices I ate for 2 days after we came. I would recommend you to remove some from your burger if you get one with multiple layers! :DAnyway, if you go to Vegas and you like crazy places and big fat burgers, then you should definitely go to this place!Dietary restrictions: For fat lovers only

It is a cool niche idea. Good to stop by while here on vacation and have a quick bite. I had went here with one other for a snack. We had a burger, fries, and a vanilla shake. The burger was so much better than I had expected it to be. It had really good chili and a great bun. The milkshake was good but nothing special. The fries were disappointing... just nothing special and not very flavorful.

What can I say! You get a meal and an experience here. The burger was good(the chili adds something extra) and the service gets it done. A must try if you are downtown. The serving of fries is quite big(enough for two). We also had the full sugar 7up and chocolate shake. What I didn't expect was the music videos with the staff blended in. Fun times!

I hate being around people during my walkthroughs at Fremont Street Experience. But this place? Heart Attack Grill? This is a place of humiliation!The nurses range from attractive to unattractive, and they are sadistic in nature when they spank you in the rear end for not finishing your plate, and I was disgusted of it. Like, who runs this place? Mikan Tsumiki? The Ultimate Nurse? I never ate at that place, but I do love step into the platform to check how much I weight. I loath adult humor. I've been visiting Fremont Street Experience for so many times and I've seen humiliation and cringe worthy moments that these people suffered from, for the sake of entertainment. Absolutely sickening. And this restaurant doesn't make it better at all, because I heard that this place is responsible for food poisoning and unhealthy calories, where else these sadistic nurses want these people to suffer from spankings and complaints of how much those people eat with this filthy garbage they ordered. Repulsive! Do not waste your time at this horrible dungeon! And don't take your kids either inside this sick excuse for a restaurant!

IT WAS AWESOME!! our waitress was great and the food was amazing. we were a little skiddish about going after reading all the reviews BUT SOOO GLAD WE DID. our daughter told us to check it out and get the full experience. and ofcourse we had to. I didn't eat all mine so had to get spanked by boo ate all his but made him get spanked anyway for the experienceDONT GO OFF THE REVIEWS.. GO TRY IT OUT FOR YOURSELF.. THANKS TO U ALL. WAS AWESOME

On our trip to Vegas I decided that my mom needed to check out Fremont. There's always a lot going on around here and plenty of food to choose from. After we walked past everything I suggested the Heart Attack Grill because I vaguely remember seeing it on TV years ago and thought why not? I thought it would be fun since it's a theme. Staff all dressed in hospital gear and super friendly. Loved wearing the gown, makes it more fun. Not a lot of variety to the food, but that's not really the point. Unfortunately I had no idea the actual size of the hot dog or I wouldn't have ordered fries too. And the fact that you can go to an octuple burger is amazing. The prices are very fair for how much food you get. IV bags full of red wine, shots in pill bottles, giant syringes filled with drinks - this place is fun. They play awesomely terrible videos on the TVs that are all around. Some are just old and funny and others are ones they made. Someone did show up and get on the scale that's front and center for everyone to see, and applaud. I mean, that's what we're here for and good for them for getting some free food. The food was pretty tasty and it comes with good topping options. Do be aware that this is a cash only establishment (they make it really clear). The paddle station is right there in the middle so we all can enjoy your punishment for leaving food on your plate. My mom really didn't want to but I made her anyway. We had a choice of who did it and 1 or 3 spankings (you can opt out but why are you here then?), and even a scale of 1-3 for intensity. I made my mom do 1 lightly (she survived). I let them go all in because it's just a paddle. Really sounds worse than it actually feels. It's a great effect that's for sure. Everyone around just seemed to be having so much fun. You really don't get that at many places. I'll definitely be coming back.

The concept is kind of fun but do not go here if you are looking forward for a nice meal. This was my worst food experience for a long time. The atmosphere was not all that either, I think it would have been more fun on a busy night though. Our waitress was friendly and helpful
