The amount of food you get for the price is ridiculous! We got half the amount of food that we get when we go to Hibachi Time. We can order one 2 protein entree at Hibachi Time and both be very full. We barely had enough food for one person with their 2 protein dish for the same price and the same quality. Hitachi time tastes better too.
So good! Ordered on uber eats yesterday! And now I want more so I am ordering more to go

The interior design is nice 👍🏻 I ordered a teppanyaki bowl and was not even close to what I had before for many times in different places! The moment I saw instant noodles in my bowl I realized I was in the wrong place!!! It took them 45 minutes to prepare our order, it was just 2 of us!! And they forgot my side salad too! I remembered 2 hours after I left the restaurant lol !It was such a disappointment!
One of the worst restaurants I have ever ordered from. Chicken Katsu was extremely overcooked and dry garlic noodles almost made me throw up of the disgusting rancid smell and taste. Took one bite of everything and couldn’t proceed. Do not I repeat do not eat here. (I’m a chef who rarely likes to leave bad reviews because I understand how a kitchen can get sometimes but this place is extremely bad and the reviews show) stay away. Update* After reaching out to the store and requesting a refund as I still have the food and wanted to bring it. I was told
by an employee named Charity that the person who deals with refunds isn’t in and will contact me. I asked if there is anything else they can do as I am out of almost $40 and no food to eat. She said there is nothing they can do, seems to be a very unprofessional business that’s doesn’t have its affairs in order from the kitchen to the register.

I really wanted to give high praise since my family enjoyed the food and we found everyone at the front to be quite lovely. Unfortunately I MUST mention that if you have a FOOD ALLERGY, please be careful!
For the restaurant team: I get that a sesame allergy isn't all that common, but it is very serious for me and it's why I asked about it. I asked about it being in both the food and sauces and was made aware of it being in the sauces which is why we skipped. I got home and the first thing I saw was sesame seeds right on my food.
Please, please, please create some type of plan for food allergies so this doesn't put someone in the hospital.

Loved the experience and the food. We loved the giant tables for large families and outdoor seating. The staff was lovely, quick and efficient. The food was fresh and tasted great. We got several different protiens and styles. We dont always want a show when we do hibachi so this was a perfect option. Lots of other yummy cafe type options on the menu like special coffeehouse drinks and pastries. My kids loved all the different options. Cafe style menu if hibachi isn't for you. Very reasonable pricing too. We loved it here and will be back!

If Google let me leave zero stars, I would.
This was our first and absolutely our last visit to Hello Hibachi Island Grill. The food was fine, but the music was blaring. When we kindly asked if it could be turned down, the manager refused, saying, “That’s how she likes it.”
This response showed zero empathy—not just for us, but for anyone who may be autistic, neurodivergent, or have sensory sensitivities. It’s not about you—it’s about your guests. Hospitality starts with understanding and inclusion.

Disappointing Lack of Consideration 6/9/2025
My wife and I recently ate at Hello Hibachi Island Grill in Las Vegas. The food was okay, but the music was extremely loud — overwhelming even for neurotypical guests. I politely asked a kind server if it could be turned down. She checked with the manager, who refused, saying, “That’s how she likes it.”
As someone navigating sound sensitivities due to neurodivergence, this response was disheartening. It showed zero awareness or empathy for guests who may be autistic or have sensory processing challenges.
I hope this serves as a wake-up call. A bit of compassion could make dining more inclusive for everyone.

Worst customer service. I came in to get a door dash order no one answered I asked the girl by the frig for assistance she told me to wait by the water fountain another girl came from back tells me the order would take an additional 7-8 mins, 7-8 mins past still waiting for the customer's order. Then she rudely hands me the customer's food. After she’s sneezing and pulling up her clothes with the same gloves she used to prepare the order …
Not to mention her hairs out lot meted to prevent hair from getting into food.
Went here cause I love hibachi but don't always want a show. Ordered the 2 protein bowl. Steak, Shrimp. The steak was bland AF and chewy, and over cooked. They didn't ask if I had a preference of how I wanted it. The shrimp were so overcooked they were like rubber!! The. Noodles are just ramen with chicken bouillon. Too salty. I got 1. I repeat 1 piece of broccolini for the veggie portion. The rice tasted like it was 3 days old. 0/10. Won't be back.
Love the quick service hibachi! The double protein meal is big enough for my husband to share and it’s a great lunch/ dinner option!
Food is terrible and sauces are nothing compared to any hibachi restaurants. The worst place ever...don't waste your money and go somewhere else
