Atmosphere- It’s a mobile outdoor cafe in the street, across from Beerhaus,so they did the best they could for atmosphere. The line can get long but if you go during the week it’s about 30-45 mins, they’re pretty quick!Food-it’s actually pretty good! I had a hot matcha and it was made very well, and came in a cute cup. I also got a birthday cake, it tasted just like any other good cake, not super special but it was cute and colorful and had the signature kitty bow that made it worth it!Swag- If you love hello kitty you won’t be disappointed, there are Las Vegas hello kitty specific swag, tee shirts, plushies, keychains. Each item is 8 dollars to 90 dollars. You can’t try on the shirts or hoodies but they will show you the size and recommend one.Of course anything can happen in Begas and while I was waiting in line a band marched by with cheerleaders for the local team! All in all I’m really happy this place exists, I happened upon it, it was super convenient as a walk between hotels.

The food and beverages are good. Although I will say the price is a bit much, though I do get it’s because the HK brand. The associate at the cashier was friendly and welcoming.My main concern is the line and the lack of effort to get the line down quickly. Had to wait an hour and a half which did sour the experience by a lot.

If you bring your kid it must be disappointed. This is not a cafe. Here's a food truck and only sale three things ( Coffee, donut and souvenir).I don't recommend .

If you’re a Sanrio fan even if you’re not, it’s a place to go. Coffee is not bad at all and service was good. Pretty cool stuff as well.Kid-friendliness: Your kids will love this place.

Anyway, it's cute!But I couldn't buy anything because of the long line. You can only look at the menu after your turn.As a result, customers decide what to buy, so the time for one group of customers is long!Your turn comes > Look at the menu, then order > Pay > Wait until you receive your order.If there are more than 30 groups lined up, when will my turn come? Thinking about it made me go crazy, so I gave up on buying it.Where to see the menu, where to pay, where to receive the tears I want you to shareThere was also a photo attached to the review that suggested they had a separate menu, so they must have done that in the past.Why not now? Will it be stolen?I took a picture of the menu under the cash register with the intention of buying it, then got in line, but it seemed like it would take a long time, so I gave up.Is there less staff at your store? There seemed to be only about two people.I was disappointed that I couldn't buy it.I almost want to buy it online.I wonder if you could do an Uber eat for me. . .

Horrible customer service and not worth the wait. I had 2 separate orders and they tossed everything together and won’t separate them. Something simple like that should be a no brainer.
Coffee tastes great for its price. Tried their White chocolate mocha and Thai milk tea. Hello Kitty cafe tastes much better and is cheaper than the two coffee shops in the Paris hotel &casino. Plus, their cups are so cute!

Supposed to open at 10am - only started setting up at 10 - took first order at 10.15. It doesn't sound too bad but when you have a kid asking every 10 seconds if they're open yet, it gets old. Also, given the long lines and inflated prices, they can afford to invest in more than 2 employees I would think.
