Probably the best steak I had in Vegas!
They do have happy hour deals for certain food items.
We got the mash potatoes, mac and cheese and creamed corn. Omg everything was so good.
They are open late and it was packed! Would definitely come back! Definitely make reservations!

We stopped in and immediately found spots at the bar, where the energy and décor set the tone for a great evening. The cocktail selection is creative and well-balanced, and the food offerings are thoughtful and appealing across the board.
We began with the little neck clams, which came in a flavorful, perfectly seasoned broth. My wife chose the New York steak topped with Oscar, while I went for a Surf and Turf. both dishes were executed beautifully. To top it off, they surprised us with warm donuts to close out the meal, which was a fun and memorable touh.
Zack took excellent care of us from start to finish. His attention, professionalism, and easygoing personality made the experience even better.
Fantastic place for dinner glad we went, and we’ll definitely be back.

What an amazing find in the Vegas area! We were celebrating our anniversary and someone recommended this place to us. We had a great experience- my husbands’s steak was delicious, as was my pasta dish. They also treated us to a dessert for our anniversary. Will definitely be returning!

An amazing value. The steak was extremely reasonably priced (which had me concerned) but was great quality and taste. I was only out there for 3 days, and went here my last dinner. Wish I had gone the first night, I would have gone here all three nights.

The food was absolutely delicious! I didn't have a drink, but my friends did and they all enjoyed each one, all very different! I can't wait to visit again next time we're in town.

Amazing experience & delicious food. The service was excellent, like our waiter, Ronnie, who has been at the restaurant since the Restsurant opened 16 years ago. This is off the strip and more of a locals favorite due to staying open for seating until 2 am. The atmosphere is old school red booths, low lighting, and a unique drink menu.

This place is amazing. Prices are as good as you could expect from a quality steakhouse, particularly during happy hour. The wait staff is knowledgeable and thorough. This is one of my favorite steakhouses in the world.

I can’t say enough about this place. It was so darn good. Everything was top notch ingredients. Perfect Caesar salad, hot crusty bread, homemade in house scratch pastas, grilled dry aged ribeye steak. Those doughnuts were to die for. The friendly service is excellent. I will come visit every-time I visit Vegas!

Run. Don’t walk. This place has to be best meal we’ve had in 2025. Everything from the Caesar Salad, very fresh Parmesan grated on top, lots of it, garlicky with a hint of lemon. Such a perfect Caesar. The house made scratch pasta, the perfect ribeye, and do not skip in those doughnuts! Oh and the service, everyone was so friendly, our server was excellent. I will visit every time I come to Vegas.

When a place has 4.6 stars and 5k reviews, probably it’s for a reason. Came in after F1 weekend nearly midnight and the vibe in here was eccentric. Got lucky and grabbed a seat at the bar right away. Splurged myself with an old fashioned, NY steak, and garlic mash. Everything was to its perfection. Danni who was the bartender was kind, insightful, makes a killer old fashioned, and had an amazing smile. Definitely caught me by surprise and sure enough it’ll be a routine whenever I’m in Vegas.

I expected a lot from Herbs & Rye, especially for a birthday dinner, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The steak was honestly one of the worst I’ve had — completely lacking flavor and so tough and chewy it was hard to eat. The sides weren’t any better; the fries and mac and cheese were both bland and forgettable. Even the drinks were off. A “Sex on the Beach” shouldn’t be hard to get right, yet it tasted nothing like the classic cocktail.
What made everything worse was the service. Because we didn’t have reservations, we were treated like we didn’t matter and we were an inconvenience. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet they acted like they couldn’t accommodate us or offer any reasonable seating options. It felt dismissive and unwelcoming. And we was told we had to hurry up before the people came in for there reservation at the table they sat us at.
Overall, this was a terrible experience, especially for a birthday. I wouldn’t go back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend Herbs & Rye to anyone else.

Absolutely need reservations. Don’t show up early and expect to sit at the bar, there’s a wait there, too.
