This place was okay the place could use some cleaning especially in the bathrooms they were pretty gross but the food is okay I think they should concentrate on making it fresher and replenishing the items more often if they did this place would be way better than Krazy buffet and buffet of Asia and I bet they would make a lot of money if they just added some more dishes like Mongolian beef and made everything consistently fresh they would make a lot of money!

I was very surprised by my 1st visit to Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet @ 313 N. Nellis (NW corner @ Stewart). It was recommended by none other than Buffet @ Asia, one of my favorite Buffets in Las Vegas who changed their (Tues.) closing hours to 8:30pm without telling anybody. (Although I think they are a little overpriced). But Hibachi is definitely not. In fact with their senior discount the bill came to around $20.00 each. The food was/is tremendous. A much larger buffet line than Asia. A greater selection of delicious fresh food including Crab Legs. A wonderful on premise grill with a wide selection of fresh raw items cooked to your specifications. And even the grill chef was friendly and aimed to please. It seems much larger and roomier than Asia and, frankly, the food was so delicious I couldn't stop eating. Family friendly, and the staff from the hostesses to the wait staff were so nice and attentive. Even at closing time they wouldn't think of rushing us, unlike @ Asia. Hibachi is my new FAVORITE Buffet on the East side of town. I plan on going back time and time again. And so will you.

The most disgusting disturbing place everything is so dirty idk how this place is open!!
A bit messy, but it's a buffet so that can be overlooked. The food was great and they have crab legs! So many seafood and sushi options. We didn't get to try the ramen or hibachi so we'll definitely have to come back.

They have great food and service but we wanted crab legs and every time we went up to get some they were all gone. People were piling their plates. That was a little disappointing.

I did not experience the poor level of service that others have written about. Many of the issues are administrative, such as lack of upkeep in the furniture. The people working there seem to be caring, and I experienced that first hand. I would blame leadership and administration for the below quality conditions.

Kids need ID to prove they are 8 years old! They don't talk you until you are inside. They charge us full price and my kid ate some rice and a piece of pizza and some fruit.
There was something gross floating in the chocolate thing. They take too long to refill empty good dishes but keep refilling the cheap stuff nobody wants.
Some workers don't seem to speak good English so if you ask for help they kinda shoo you away.

It was very crowded! Food was cold am some of it was overcooked an nasty. Wasn't offered refills. The staff was upset because I refused to eat cold an old food. I don't recommend it at all thenguy at the grill was extremely rude an I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Completely over priced!!!

Every time I come it good but this time the ceiling where the food was fell because of the rain water all the food for soaking wet and it was not safe to eat there for today but tommorow it should be fine
