This is no hibachi, the food is cooked on a flat iron the chicken and the steaks come in cubes , that’s not hibachi style on any planet, oh now that we know it’s not hibachi, what is it ? It’s basically fried food very very expensive fried food even by Vegas standards the meat steak, chicken & shrimp was average dipped in the teriyaki sauce, same with the shrimp dipped in the yum yum sauce , the rice just white rice not fried at all the noddles barely cooked the broccoli and zucchini raw , would i recommend it prolly not would I go again definitely not, not for over $100 for two 3 protein plates with 1/2 rice 1/2 noodles

We had the best time at our at-home hibachi experience! The team was friendly, entertaining, and professional. We really appreciated the responsiveness in the planning process and the flexibility in accommodating a large party of adults and children. Would absolutely do it again!

I found this place and tik tok and I must say, it's worth the hype. This food was so good I went twice while visiting Vegas. I wish there was one where I lived.

I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi meal. Let's start with the steak. I ordered it rare. The steak had a pretty good flavor, outside sear was good, inside was the right color. The steak though was so tough and could barely be chewed. The shrimp. It looked like it was going to be good, great color and a nice big size. Once I took a bite though it was very tough, not as tough as the steak, it had maybe pices of the shell still on it as I had hard pieces in my mouth. Continuing to chew through the shrimp there was an overwhelming taste of what I would describe as soap. This may have been frozen shrimp treated with sodium chemicals, it was awful. Vegetables again im not sure if I got an egg shell in them but came across something very crunchy hard. The taste was just ok. Not a lot of flavor. Fried rice was cooked great but, didn't seem to be fried at all. Flavor was bland. Hinting on the side of mushy. The yum yum sauce was way too sweet. The garlic butter on the side was really good though. I paid $54 for this food which is more than just going to a sit down hibachi dinner. Very disappointing. :/

This place used to be AMAZING. when it was just a food truck Vanilla Rice Hibachi was the best. Huge portions, expensive but delicious. Friendly employees. However since they opened a restaurant venue, its quality of food, especially meats like chicken, are now full of cartilage and hard to chew. I stopped ordering meat/seafood from here all together and now just get veggie bowls/plates because of it.
Noodles and fried rice are great, but why are noodles an 8$ up charge? Very spendy for what it cost them to make it and the portions have gotten significantly smaller, employees are less friendly and there is no ambiance at the venue. Wish they had just stayed a food truck.
Vegetarian options: Only vegetable bowls or plates, fried rice, noodles

Vanilla Rice’s takeout hibachi in Las Vegas is like bringing a hibachi party to your couch—minus the flying shrimp and the chef who looks like he moonlights as a ninja. You won’t get the onion volcano live-action show, but trust me, the food itself is still on fire. I ordered the steak and shrimp combo because, why choose? The steak was tender enough to make me question why I even bother cooking at home, and the shrimp tasted like they jumped straight off the hibachi grill and into my takeout box. No shrimp-catching skills required. The fried rice is just as fluffy and buttery as when you eat in a restaurant, and it feels like the hibachi chef personally packed each grain with love and probably a whole stick of butter. Even though you don’t get the “volcano” presentation, the taste explosion is still real.
So, if you want all the hibachi goodness without the risk of getting shrimp thrown at your face or having to applaud a chef for slicing an onion in record time, Vanilla Rice takeout is where it’s at.

I only gave 2 stars for atmosphere because this is more of a take-out place rather than sit-down. I loved the Samurai wall art.
