I hate I didn’t take a picture of it before mixing it, but I ordered a “surf and turf” which supposed to include steak, shrimp, and lobster. But instead they packed the lobster shell with chopped chicken. This was my favorite hibachi spot before this.

A friend and I both found a black strands of hair in two separate orders. Neither of us have hair that length or color. Very unsanitary
Nope not good and pricey. Not enough protein is all rice and onions. Not enough sauce.

The information is not correct. Yesterday we went to look for this food and it was not in the place indicated, it is one but in vain it bothers you because it shows you as open

I haven't had this quality of food since I visited Chicago in 2022. There's not many restaurants in Las Vegas you can write home about. So I was a little hesitant when I learned it was a food truck. I had the Trio the first visit; blown away! Went again about a week later. Ordered the 420... damn near cried; crazy deliciousness! Can't wait to go back for the spicy seafood udon noodles. A permanent fav!
Parking: I parked on the street. There's another Hibachi Time Grill in China Town. Ample parking
