I haven't had this quality of food since I visited Chicago in 2022. There's not many restaurants in Las Vegas you can write home about. So I was a little hesitant when I learned it was a food truck. I had the Trio the first visit; blown away! Went again about a week later. Ordered the 420... damn near cried; crazy deliciousness! Can't wait to go back for the spicy seafood udon noodles. A permanent fav!

We love going here and sharing the filet mignon plate. It's a metric ton of food. It's always high quality meat, the veggies are cooked perfectly, and the rice is delicious. Make sure to get extra yum yum sauce.

Hibachi Time serves up some of delicious hibachi, and they do it all from a food truck. The ingredients are fresh, bursting with flavor, and cooked to perfection. They rival many of the brick-and-mortar place I've been to. Highly recommend!
