It’s like driving at night but with a better view. Mostly watched the sphere from a top. That was nice! But everything else was ordinary. Parking lot below could have been used for a light show or something to make the experience better. I gave a one star due to my encounter with the guy who lets people in the ride. I told him the ball seats were all takenand since I was in pain with sciatica I needed to sit and I wanted to ride the next one and he said it can accommodate 40 people inside but the issue is I have medical condition where I needed to sit and since all seats were taken I prefer to take the next one. I did not have to tell him I have a medical condition but he said to me “ WHATEVER” with a tone and I think that was not appropriate for him to say that me. We paid $50 for a ride and I felt that guy just ruined it for me. We rode 9/21/25 at around 9pm which was birthday. Please train your staff to be more understanding. Thanks

If you don't like heights, don't do this. For everyone else, this is an easy must-do in Las Vegas. Especially at night. Some of the best views you can get of the strip from the north end, and also of the giant orb of confusion more commonly referred to as Sphere. Plenty of space to walk around in the pod to see the different sights.

Collin was great shepherding the line for photos and getting us in. Very dry and very funny. Jeremy was a sick bartender at the happy hour wet bar. He slang drinks like a madman.
We were a group of 2 tagging along near much larger groups and our drinks stayed full and we got all the Vegas tourist information that we needed.

Ride takes about half an hour for a full completion and the price is reasonable, especially if you get the happy hour tickets. You have your own bartender making mixed drinks and serving beer. If you drink fast enough you'll get your monies worth. Do recommend to reserve your happy hour tickets in advance so you do have to wait. The staff were really helpful and did an excellent job, and making my first experience of the High Roller memorable.

So beautiful. Something you should definitely try out for your first time in Vegas. Not recommended if you're afraid of heights, my friend had to stay seated in the middle with her eyes closed the whole ride. Also the drinks they made us before the ride at the bar were so good.

Great ride, you can see all of Las Vegas. They have kids running it and they acted like kids. Customer Service was not good at its best, I'm sure if we were much younger those kids would have seemed funny. Expensive for sure but these days everything in Vegas is. This will be our last trip here. I wish the old Las Vegas was still around.

Observing the high roller in the evening was a truly wonderful experience, although departing from the parking lot presented some difficulties. The payment machine was unfortunately out of order, and as a result, two vehicles were required to reverse. Regrettably, no one was willing to yield, which understandably led to some frustration among the patrons. I would suggest considering alternative arrangements when the payment machine is not functioning. Given the size of the parking lot, it is likely a significant source of revenue. The organization could certainly be improved.

This was the best experience! Took my wife for her birthday where we met people from all around the world 🌍 we saw the top of city and raised a glass together. It was the first experience in a long time where I felt united!!!! I'll definately go again! 10/10
