Hippo Grill Korean BBQ

You need to cut the Meatjun it's frustrating to cut it in the takeout box. The sauce is too sweet. The potato salad is not a salad. It's kinda $$ cuz the portions are too big.
I swear my plate weighed almost 5lbs.

Short attitudes from the server/cashier. I came in after my family and said I would like to put in an order as well and I received an annoyed expression and death stare from the lady as if I tried to go back and serve myself. we wont be back here ever. Probably will try the ramen place next door they’re friendly and the atmosphere in there is warm.

And this place is way too expensive

I love, love, love their Kalbi/Galbi plate. My second option would be their BBQ Chicken and Kalbi combo plate.

Awesome meat jun, and they give plenty. For the amount of meat jun they give, they should give three extra sauce not just two.

Tried this place last week and it's a hit! Like the other reviews mention, it's take out only. The portions are huge, the meats are all flavorful and fresh, and the sides were amazing! I could probably eat a bucket of their jap chae and macaroni salad.

Super friendly and fast service as well. I can't wait to go back and explore other menu items!

Food is awesome, but I don't understand why it takes 20 minutes for bulgogi...a thinly sliced beef dish. A take out only restaurant and can't take phone orders.

Great food. Pray it stays busy enough to stay open.

So friendly and inviting and our first time trying Korean fried chicken , bulgogi, and fish cakes, so delicious ! We will definitely be back!

Hippo Grill in Las Vegas is a real find for Korean food fans, especially if you're grabbing takeout!
The portions are solid, and the flavors are on point. There's no dining in, but the staff is super friendly and gets your order out fast. If you're in the mood for some awesome Korean eats to enjoy at home, Hippo Grill is the spot!

Absolutely loved the food! Portions are generous. Personally like the bbq chicken more than the fried chicken. All sides were fresh and very flavorful. Would be recommending and ordering again from here.

its a little hole in the wall korean spot..no chairs just strictly takeout. you choose your meats (bbq chicken, meatjun, etc) then you pick sides or banchans(4 for a regular plate/2 for minis). if your from hawaii and your kids have a soccer tournament at JAMES REGiONAL PARK this is the spot.

I love Hippo Grill!! It’s take-out only, but the food is so good! It may seems pricey, but there is a LOT of food given lol. I typically get the spicy pork belly, but I’ll also get the meat jun, both are delicious! Highly recommend! :-)

The bulgogi is the best in town for a non sit down restaurant and the cucumber kimchi is my favorite side dish and the fish cakes.

I walked in greeting the staff to be completely ignored by both employees. I really wanted to try this spot too but with so many options I’ll be going elsewhere and not returning

My favorite instead of fast food you get fast good tasting Korean food to go!
