Best Teppanyaki restaurant in Las Vegas is a must-visit for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and an entertaining dining experience. I recently went and had the most incredible dinner.
I ordered the Lobster and Shrimp with fried rice, and it was absolutely delicious. The seafood was cooked perfectly, and the fried rice was a great complement. The real star of the show, however, was their seafood sauce. It's a house-made creation that is so good, I could honestly put it on everything. It's the kind of sauce that makes the meal unforgettable.
The service was also top-notch. Our chef was skillful and engaging, and our server was always on top of their game. They were constantly making sure our drinks were topped off and that our plates were cleared as soon as the next course was ready. Their attentiveness made the entire dinner feel seamless and special.
Overall, I had a wonderful time at Hokkaido Teppanyaki Steak House. The combination of incredible food and impeccable service makes this a five-star dining experience. I highly recommend it!

Food was very nice and service excellent. A bit pricier than expected. In a nice tranquil neighborhood.

My wife and I dined at this restaurant this past weekend much to our dismay. Cam the cook obviously knew the entire party that we were seated with and used my wife and I as pranks to his jokes. He put salt in my gingerale, juggled my fried rice as it fell off my plate and subsequently cleaned the grill thus forcing the over flow into my wife’s dipping sauces!! We complained to the waiter who understood and was very kind. We NEVER heard a word from management!! Needless to say this wonderful??? experience was rather pricey! The great thing about living in Las Vegas is there are many dining options as we shall never go back!!!!

This place was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. We had Cam as our cook, and he was extremely kind and also a truly talented chef. Everything was full of flavor! We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Vegas.

This is a tough one to write because, the food is good, the service is good, small and cozy, but unfortunately they have raised the prices to where is just don’t not make sense anymore. Some changes: when you order the hibachi dinner there is a $4.00 up charge for fried rice? Used to be included, ordered a gin and tonic, $2.06 up charge for the tonic ? Really ???? The place was empty on a Friday night and now I understand why. 4 people $274.00 plus tip . All the prices are higher than 6 months ago. Cross this one off the list.

Best hibachi ever! Ask for the secret sauce and try dessert! I would pick this place over Benihana any day of the week! The food is amazing, the chefs are awesome, well ventilated area, and great desserts too! Highly recommend!

Terrible Service, Great Chef — That’s It
Went to Hokkaido and had the worst service. Our server — either Ana D or Nycki (receipt had both names?) — was rude, ignored me and my family, and gave all her attention to the family next to us.
She rarely checked on us, made us feel rushed, and charged my card for someone else’s bill. Unreal.
Only good thing? The chef — super friendly and made the night bearable. If not for him, this would’ve been a total waste.
Waitress.. Slow down, Do better.

This was a takeout order. I got the beef Lo mein and rainbow roll. The sushi was amazing, very fresh large pieces of sashimi. The Lo mein was missing that extra bit of flavor which is why I docked a star. Otherwise it was fairly good and I’d order it again.
