We went for lunch ordered the steak Sanders with no bacon. Of course it arrived with bacon. When we told him, they took it to the kitchen and pulled out the bacon and brought back the same sandwich. Still with pieces of bacon in it. The kitchen lied about it. The waitress was very nice. None of it was her fault.

We have been here a number of times and always have a great experience. We are sorry to hear Holsteins is closing. The burgers and shakes are amazing. The burgers are huge and very flavorful! The shakes are such a nice treat and very fun to look at! The service has always been prompt and friendly!

Surprise hit! Our server, Sarah, was wonderful and attentive. Waters stayed full, she helped with recommendations for food and drinks, and was overall enthusiastic and had a great vibe/aura.We only got snacks but both knocked it out of the park. The buffalo chicken dip had a lot of chicken, not fillers, and just the right amount of heat for me (note: I like heat so if you're more mild this might not be for you). The tuna was fresh and delicious.Wide beer selection and the shakes are just outrageous. Will go back again as a local, would recommend highly for a visitor.

We had Sarah. She was patient with us, but so enthusiastic. Really, she had the best service we have had in Vegas (2 years). She gave us good recommendations, was patient, never let my water glass get empty (or was RIGHT on it when I finished it)…which is HUGE…and had so much energy for us AND her other tables. And the food! Oh. My. Gosh. All good, but highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Dip. And be hungry. The tuna was amazing, too! Well seasoned, fresh, delicious. Dare I say…moist? Top notch, really! We wanted a late-lunch snack, and ended up skipping dinner. So good!!Truly a memorable experience. And thanks to Sarah for being wonderful!4 stars for weird, single-person bathroom that an employee bogarted for 6-9 minutes. But everything else was great!

I'm always critical of servers who ask you if you want something more than once. After asking my party and I we wanted dessert for a second time I calmly quietly said if I wanted dessert I would have asked for it are server a female I think seem to be miffed by my answer no wonder this place is closing.

Food was amazing. Waiter seemed bummed that we only wanted the Philly egg rolls and Oreo boozie shake. Prices were fair for Las Vegas.

Definitely not worth the hype or the price.... probably would have gotten more stars if it weren't so gd expensive

This place is for milkshakes, not going out for a drink (because of the price). The shakes really have that wow factor look, and taste awesome! The service is also good. The regular food was, average. Not bad though.

I honestly can't explain why, but these are the best burgers I've ever had. The patties are so delicious and everything about the burgers are great. Highly recommend!

The food was meh. The burger was medium-well when I asked for medium-rare. It was also kind of cold, barely warm. The place was basically empty, they could have done better than this.I asked for "small fries" and got a portion I could barely finish a third of, which also cost $13. Garlic parmesan fries were basically "fries nachos" oozing melted parmesan - there was probably 1/4lb of parmesan there. Some may enjoy this, but not me.It's Vegas, you get... what you get and you pay $$$$. But this was kind of bad even for Vegas.

The staff and service were well-paced and attentive. The shake was underwhelming. I went in expecting a great milkshake, but this fell short of that perception. The shakes are quite sugary for no reason; there was no real unique taste to follow up.For the price of a milkshake, it's a no; it's not worth the money.

“The Crazy Bird” is possibly the best grilled chicken sandwich I have ever eaten.
