“The Crazy Bird” is possibly the best grilled chicken sandwich I have ever eaten.

First time here. The menu looked promising. The service we received was great. Our server was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich and The Cajun flavor was overpowering. The chicken was tender, and the sauce was good. I ordered a side salad with house vinaigrette dressing, and it was not amazing. Overall, the food was OK this would definitely not be a place I am looking forward to returning to.

We recently visited Holstein's for brunch and were impressed by the overall dining experience. The standout dish was undoubtedly the house burger, which I opted to customize with a chicken patty. The addition of jalapeños enhanced the flavor profile, contributing to a memorable culinary experience. Moreover, the truffle fries surpassed expectations and were truly exceptional, ranking among the best fries I've ever tasted. While the wait time exceeded our initial expectations, the quality of the food more than compensated for any inconvenience.Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Holstein's and look forward to returning on future visits to Las Vegas. The combination of delicious food, including the standout burger and truffle fries, makes it a must-visit destination for brunch enthusiasts.

Incredible. It's worth it. Expensive for Latinos but it is rich. Very good

Whoa, The Gold Standard burger was supposed to be one of the best burgers in LV?! This was a 3/10 compared to the best burgers we have in Minneapolis, of which there are easily 20. We ate at 9p, where close was 10p. So the bacon was old/hard, the fries were stale, the arugula wilted beyond what the heat will do, and the actual meat was NOT to die for. I would encourage folks to go elsewhere, likely outside of the strip.

I went here with my friends. I ordered the Chicken Wings, they were undercooked and the manager and waitress tried to fight me about them by saying they're double cooked. They were raw and slimy. They didn't take it off the bill and then when I mentioned I had already had food poisoning on the trip they tried to say it was Norovirus (it wasn't). Worst service and food.

The Manager wore us out at the end of night because we were a few dollars short of their $75 dollar a guest minimum. Mind you we brought in 13 people to a restaurant that was only 1/2 full. I couldn’t believe he came on so strong and demand we buy more mediocre food or he would just charge us more.I’ve never patronized a restaurant that demanded this. Our server was great. But the ok food and awful manager has ensured we will never eat there again. So many better and friendlier places to eat at the cosmo and other resorts.

What could have been a wonderful experience was completed ruined by one of the managers being extremely rude. I’ll get a burger at any one of the other restaurants available, this one was not worth the ruined experience at all.

This place was fantastic. Service was quick and easy to get in and get the food. We had a group of 9 and all the orders were perfect. The steak caesar salad was amazing. The burgers are huge!

Such a fun place to have lunch. Best burgers I ever had in a long time. And their Adult Milkshakes is a must try.

As a local, I was looking forward to eating here and I was unfortunately disappointed. The server was fairly quick to take our order but the drinks took over 10 minutes to arrive. We were charged $32 for a Tito’s double (we ordered 3) which is more than any other bar in the Cosmos that I’ve been to. They were not strong either. The food was good but took over 20 minutes and the restaurant was far from busy. The shakes are cute but you do not get a lot for the money. For 5 of us $302 was excessive for burgers. There are many other good places to eat that are more reasonable. The Chandelier has better drink service for less. For clarity on the receipt we only had 3 drinks total. We did question the appearance of 6 drinks but the server told us that was how he had to ring in doubles. I feel ripped off

Located in the Cosmo hotel. I liked the truffle fries and three steak sandwich.Staff were attentive.Atmospherically it was a bit bland compared to other Vegas venues.I didn't need a reservation. I'm not sure if you can bring kids.

My husband and I discovered Holstein’s almost a decade ago, when there weren’t many vegan options available on the Strip. We fell in love with the Vegan “milk”shake option(s) and the vegan patty was more than your typical Impossible/Beyond patty (not that there’s anything wrong with those!). For our 5th wedding anniversary we returned, and while the menu had changed, the quality of the food was still incredible! I got the (very NON-vegan) Billionaire Burger, and I was blown away by the richness of the ingredients… I was only able to put about 1/3rd of it away, and got to take the rest to go. Their brioche buns aren’t vegan, so my husband got the veggie burger (without the aioli) in a tortilla wrap, and he was really happy with that and the vegan shake! Two special shout-outs: first to our server, Douglas, who made our anniversary extra special with celebratory Prosecco for both of us and for being friendly and personable while working around our dietary restrictions! Thank you Douglas! Second shoutout is for the aioli… it’s not vegan, but if you aren’t dairy-free, do yourself a favor and get it with EVERYTHING! It’s ridiculously delicious!

Amazing gourmet burger joint with milk shakes as the perfect complement. Their signature item is the Kobe burger with foie gras. We went there on a game night without reservations and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. That time however is easy to spend at the bar.The food is exceptionally good, even the fries are done just right. Overall a place worth visiting for burger lovers.Dietary restrictions: Somewhat accommodatingKid-friendliness: Kids love itWheelchair accessibility: Yes
