The Honey Baked Ham Company

The ham and smoked turkey was dry. We've been eating honey bake products for over 30 years. Things taste and look different here in Vegas versus LA. I drive to LA every couple of months to do food runs. Quest I'll add Honey Baked ham to the list.

Disappointed to leave a negative review as I typically love honey baked ham. I placed an order to pick up on the Wednesday before thanksgiving for an individual meal. I realized when I went to heat it up on thanksgiving they gave me 1lb or turkey instead of 1lb of ham, I initially was just a little bit frustrated because I waited an hour and a half to pick up since there was no dedicated line for online orders. And I can't eat turkey unfortunately. I have now grown more frustrated as I call corporate on Friday and she was rude and then call this location today as they were closed for the holiday Thursday and Friday (which is no problem at all). I spoke to Thomas who was also very rude and just said to call on Monday to talk to David, before hanging up on me. Is everyone here just rude?

I was able to chat with David today and he very kindly and quickly got me squared away with a refund. He was the one who helped me place the order and also was out talking to customers in the line on Wednesday. Very nice guy and provides great service. Because of his awesome help, I am updating this review from 2 to 4 stars.

Staff worked very hard the day before Thanksgiving to get everyone their orders, even though the extra lines of people caused them to stay an hour past closing time. Staff remained cheerful and should be praised for their dedication that day.

I just don't understand why people have to wait outside for a ham. I don't understand why people can't place a order online, pay and go pick it up. I just thank and praise God for ham being at other stores. Happy Holidays and I'll NEVER go there again!!!

I preordered our Thanksgiving turkey and sides and prepaid for the meal. I got there a little early (my pickup time was 6pm) and I noticed a line not only wrapped around the building, but also the parking lot. I asked someone about 1/3 of the way through the line how long they had been waiting and she said an hour! There was an employee walking around looking at people in line and when I asked him what was going on, he said that part of it was his fault. When I asked how long the line was from where I was, and he replied that it would be at LEAST 1.5 hours! I was not able to wait in line as I had to be somewhere with family at 7. I asked that my order be cancelled, and he wrote down my confirmation number and said he would do it before they closed. Outrageous. Such a disaster. Shame on Honey Baked Ham.

Visited the store today the day before Thanksgiving I ordered the smoked turkey. Let me tell you it did not fail. Flavors were wonderful and it wasn’t dry at all. Thanks so much. HBH.

$140 for a ham that’s gouging and check their response they do not deny the gouging

Had a friendly experience with the person who reserved a ham for my family on 11/01/2025. A very unpleasant experience was had today [11/15/2025]. The older female cashier would not listen to any words spoken. She kept repeating the same question numerous times. She heard the weight and walked away. Once the rudeness was returned, she listened to one question. She rudely interrupted the male associate while another customer was in mid sentence to ask a question. He responded, I apologized to the customer for being interrupted. The younger female associate and the male were very friendly.
I have taken my business elsewhere, I suggest others do the same.

So I ordered the turkey breast dinner and picked it up today. When I got home, I noticed that it didn’t really seem very heavy enough for 2.95 pounds. So then I looked on it and it’s only 2.65 pounds. About a third of a pound short. Which is about $6 worth of turkey. With that much turkey missing I wasn’t sure if I would be able to feed everybody. So I tried to call up there. I was put on hold for about 25 minutes and then someone picked up the phone and then disconnected it. So then I went up there and the manager, who is a heavy gentleman acted like I was annoying him. He didn’t apologize. He acted like I was weird for wanting what I paid for. But he did give me the other turkey. I just think that if you purchase a certain amount of food, then the company should give you that amount or close to it. When I first went to pick it up in the afternoon, the people there were super nice. But when I went back around 4:20 PM, they next crew were not so nice at all. Except for one lady with the pretty shiny hair. She was the only friendly one.
Also I told the manager about the being on hold for 25 minutes and then being hung up on and he didn’t apologize for that either. Horrible customer service! I will never go back!

As a first time customer to honey baked ham, I enjoyed my experience. I had the ham classic and the bread is so nice and soft & the meat was fresh. Lacey was our server and she was very polite and helpful to me. She made me feel okay to ask questions about there menu and even brought my food to me. Thank you Lacey I hope your management see's this review and knows how good of a job your doing.

Hadn't been there in quite a while, so rather shocked to see what used to cost me $50 is now $80. And they used to show you the ham, but now they won't. Doubt if I'll be back. There are cheaper choices.

Order my thanksgiving ham & turkey from here this year. Ham was delicious. Turkey bit dry, I believe it like a turkey loaf type deal. Recived it on time no issues.
