I ordered sandwiches to go. I gave specific instructions about no tomatoes, but the incompetent staff was incapable of reading the order correctly and put tomatoes on my sandwich. I am allergic I can't eat my meal I paid 15.00 dollars for.

Ham was dry. First time ever has this happened. I was in line 2hrs during Thanksgiving. I'm new to Vegas and it was my 1st purchase here coming from Ohio. I should have called on Friday for a refund

Food is always top tier, but service can be hit and miss. I received a gifted ham last Christmas and still haven't been able to pick it up after 4 in person attempts because whoever is at the register isn't able to locate the record, despite my having the proof of purchase, they wont give it to me because they can't find the record in their system. Called corp office 3x and emailed. Still no ham. Maybe I can pick it up before Christmas this year...

Parking: Holidays are always hectic, and there is usually a large section of the lot blocked off for trucks of product, so you lose space for parking. Line is typically long for a few days before each major holiday and sales days after.

Ordered a ham online for Thanksgiving, and pick up was super easy. Staff was pleasant. Make things easier for yourself and pre-pay online so you won't have to stand in the longer line when picking up for your holiday meals. This process made things much easier. In and out within 3 minutes, while the other line went out the door. The ham is delicious too!! Thank you 😊

Parking: Parking was difficult due to the holiday. I had to park near the gas station but still wasn't too far from the store.

I discovered this place by accident as we were going to another restaurant in the same shopping area. We went in here and I picked up a ham sandwich to go. It was a honey glazed ham sandwich. The server was nice enough to separate the lettuce and tomato For me as I told him I was going to heat it up at home. Also gave me some pickles on the side. The sandwich was absolutely spectacular. The ham was fresh and tasty, so good I will definitely be returning. Total cost was $11.99 so it was reasonable as well. Their menu shows a wide option of many cuts of ham as well as turkey and smoked turkey. It all looked amazing, I will have to revisit.
