Excellent, I don't understand the rating. Three picky kids and an old lady liked it as well.

A nice, faithfully executed Hong Kong menu. The service was great. The bustle of the casino and the appointments were off the mark but comfortable enough.

Great food and atmosphere, first visit, hidden to left of Palazzo entrance from inside, liked the atmosphere, less crowded than other restaurants in Palazzo and Venetian, food was great, service was good also but could have received more checks on table, had the sweet and sour pork , very good , lettuce wraps were good as well , hot tea pot was too large and hard to pour, spilled as well, hope to be back soon, thank you.

The restaurant received a poor rating due to a disappointing dining experience. While the service was decent, the food left much to be desired. The dim sum platter was overly wet and mushy, suggesting it had been improperly prepared, while the roasted duck was tough and nearly inedible, resulting in wasted food. The congee was bland, lacking flavor, and even the bottled water ordered was necessary, as the tap water tasted terrible. Additionally, the server presented a wet glass, likely from handwashing, which added to the overall unsatisfactory experience.

Overpriced and bland.

We ordered kung pao chicken, roasted duck and beef with fried rice. All of the dishes were cold, not fresh and really plain. Staff isn’t attentive and just threw our food on the table. Silverware was dirty. Atmosphere is ok. Would not recommend.

Food that should be hot came out cold. Long wait time for food. High price for low quality.

Big crowds at this hotel restaurant and wanted to see the hype. Prices are well above what you can get at other Chinese eateries in LV chinatown.
Ambience is very nice with good spacious dining room.
Food was mediocre at the most! We ordered the siu loong bao dumpling and the skin was thick with not much flavor in the filling. The shrimp tempura was the same as you can get from the Costco freezer section. My congee with beef came lukewarm with a raw egg on top which should have easily cooked. The base of the congee was flavorless and the raw egg made it a runny mess to eat.
Just a total disappointed dining experience at this promise looking restaurant. I guess all their patrons are visiting tourists who won't be back anytime soon. Heed this advice and if you want authentic Chinese food, make the trip to LV chinatown.

The Chinese waitress keeps asking you for tips. We not go back Hong Kong Cafe

The service was extremely slow, and we had to wait a long time even getting water. Once the food finally arrived, it was not up to standard at all—it was bland and poorly prepared.

Service attitude is so so, food portion is so small, somewhat pricy

Service is always great here. Makes up for the sometimes mediocre food. The dumplings aren’t good but the duck isn’t bad. The eggplant with salted fish and mapo tofu are a favorite every time and, although not on the menu, they always make me a steamed fish that I like. What makes this restaurant good though is the service.
