If you're strolling through The LINQ Promenade, the Honolulu Cookie Company is a sweet stop you won’t want to miss. Each visit I’m spoiled with friendly staff offering generous samples—so naturally I love trying every flavor before committing. But the real star is their signature pineapple‑shaped shortbread: buttery, melt‑in‑your‑mouth perfection with just the right crisp. Trust me, this place turns cookie tasting into a full-on delight.
I popped in just to check out the cookie flavors and was treated like royalty by the super friendly employee who offered free samples. The cookies were so good I might have shed a tear! I bought a dozen and they’ve quickly become my new best friends (don’t worry, I’m sharing... a little). To my fellow (former) Oregonian, with the BEST customer service; Hope your day is sweeter than my cookie stash! You made the experience AMAZING!
I can never tell if people are stealing or taking the samples because they’re right next to each other and packaged the same. I can also never tell if the staff thinks of me similarly - but they were friendly.
