Gigi was an excellent server. I would be remiss if I didn’t tell you that the customer service by the manager was terrible. She mentioned the 18% for a party of nine, which we didn’t have a problem with. It was the way she did it and it was told to us 9times I think that’s ridiculous

Unfortunately, they informed us that they were unable to serve us. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

Tay is a wonderful server. She was actually the best part of dining at this restaurant. She gives excellent customer service. Very friendly. I would return just to see her again

I enjoyed the soft shell crab po boy. It went too fast! Beware of the Cajun fries. They have some kick!

The food comes out hot and fresh, the fries had no seasoning, and our waitress was not on top of her duties and when it was time for the check, it took the longest to get it and the restaurant was not packed. Crab legs were awesome though!

The atmosphere is decent, but the food is overpriced and the shrimp is questionable. The service was just ok - I asked the server about the crab leg portion and she stated it would be waaayyyy more than we received which was two actual pieces, not legs. The shrimp didn’t appear cooked throughout as we struggled to remove the shell, but the sauce is really good. The steamed broccoli was overcooked, but the catfish is good. I wouldn’t recommend or revisit.

We went there for first time last night, I and my husband are disappointed and not really enjoyed it at all and my husband ordered snow crab legs costs $48 dollars for only one crab sound like kinda of ripped off. They need to improve their seasoning in the juicy and the corn was hard and boiled egg tasted not good. We will not come back in this restaurant again.

The food was Awful!! I had fried catfish which taste like cornmeal..the fish itself was non existent. The sweet potato fries taste just like the fish.
I became ill after eating this greasy mess!

The place was so hot. We were told to wait 15 minutes but waited 30 and still waiting but that was not the problem. The problem is this place is so hot barely any AC. So we switched to take out. Came back to hotel to find out missing food so our group of 9 did not have enough to eat ……
