Great energy and friendly faces. Worked out well in the end.
Great food and service.
Honestly, if you want to go to hot and juicy, pick the ones on spring mountain. This is a cash grab at best. The seafood was incredibly dry. The shrimp was over cooked and mushy. You take off the shell and it's falls a part under your hands. The sauce didn't even cover the shrimp. They had no flavor due to this. When we asked for more sauce they wanted to change 3.50 for a small, half cup of sauce. Which was like half an oz maybe? For a bag of shrimp? The server we had at first was nice but then they transfered us because they were leaving and no one was 100% sure who our next server was. There was a gentleman at first but them a lady came up and said she was the server. We were told that there is no manager on site from our original server but the new server told us that there are no managers, just team leads. Even with that being the case, he said they dont have any control of what the kitchen does. He further explained that the kitchen makes the choice and they just go off of that and if they say that's what the sauce should be, that's all there is to it. To me that seems very odd and like no one wants to take accountability.
I've been to hot and juicy on spring mountain a bunch, I will stick to that one from now on. Not worth wasting money at this one.
Edit- I was contacted over a month ago by the owner apologizing and saying they would contact me if I filled out a form. I have yet to hear back. It is taking quite some time to hear on a manner that happened quite a while ago. Maybe they are backed up. Which I can understand however a month is a bit long.

This has been my go-to spot for a while now. However, I noticed that in the past two weeks that I've gone I've had to buy extra sauce because I was told that they only put 4 oz of sauce per pound of seafood. I understand that times are hard but Hot and Juicy the name should speak for itself. 👎Dry crab legs dry crawfish. Dry!! It used to be juicy which is the reason why I used to love this location. Don't get me wrong the sauce is still good but the food is dry. I almost put my whole order back but decided I would keep it this time. But I will not be coming back to this location. #disappointed regular customer.

Visited on Sunday night, the place was busy but service stayed quick and friendly. The crawfish came out flavorful, the garlic butter sauce had just the right kick of spice that kept me digging in. I also ordered corn and sausage on the side, which paired perfectly with the crawfish. The portions were generous, making the price feel fair especially when sharing with friends. Casual, lively vibe—great spot for a weekend hangout.

Pretty standard place, doesn’t have a lot of personality. Place was pretty empty when we arrived and it took a while for someone to come up and greet us, took a while for our waitress to come to the table, almost felt like she was the only one there. Kayla was incredibly friendly and very apologetic. She was very informed of the menu and talked to us in a way that didn’t make us feel rushed. Truly a gem. The food was ok, some of my fish was cold and some of it was very hot and the sweet potato fries were definitely frozen first. Overall, they charge more than they should. Big downside is they don’t have any mock-tails for people who avoid alcohol.

The shrimp were overcooked and at the waitress' recommendation I ordered medium heat due to my low tolerance for spice. It was too hot for me. It was an overpriced lesson learned!

My wife and I loved the service and atmosphere; however, the way this place charged you to create your own seafood bag was a little unusual(i.e. to create your seafood bag, the customer pays for the main crustaceans and then you pay to add-in your individual sides, like corn, sausage, etc.). The pricing wasn't bad, but we just thought it should have been a fix price for the individual created seafood bag...not all individually priced.
Overall, the food was adequate for our taste. I would still recommend eating there if it's your first time and you decide.

The food was good as usual. Seemed more expensive in Vegas than in California. The waitress seemed a little overwhelmed. She had to make our cocktails, which were not good at all, and wait tables. She was super nice though. They can stand to add a few more people to a shift so the experience can be better.

Been to other locations a few times, first time at this one. Pretty good seafood boil. The sauce they use “hot and juicy” is really fantastic. Even the baby spice had a little kick to it so be careful!
Eveything was cooked great and tasted great! It looks like other locations are a bit cheaper than this one but we were in the area!
Soju drinks were nice too! And it includes its own light show!

If you know anything about crawfish boils don’t waist your time going here! Food sucked i got crawfish and shrimp shrimp wouldn’t peel and crawfish was hard so couldn’t hardy get the tail meat out wife got just crawfish she said same thing and no flavor at all i don’t if it was because of frozen crawfish or just wasn’t cooked long enough! And i cook and eat a lot crawfish back home every year and this has to be the worse i have ever had for $150 it wasn’t worth $20’

So my honey decided to take me and his parenta out to brunch 🤗 so of course he chose his mother's favorite restaurant....Hot N Juicy. We arrived around noon as they had just opened up, and we were the first customers of the day. The service was quick, the food was great, and the hostess was professional and friendly. I ordered the Two Handed Crawfish sandwich and it was fire 🔥! Definitely recommend. My honey ordered the Whole Ass Shrimp and Catfish and dad ordered fried shrimp with sweet potatoes. My honey wasn't a fan of the whole and shrimp bc they fry the shrimp with the shell. But when you remove the shell, the shrimp was pretty tasty. So if you don't like the whole shrimp, I recommend only ordering fried shrimp. Overall, this is always a hit for me! 🤏🏽👌🏽👍🏽
