“I went to Saigon Alley a few days ago with some friends, and it was such a great experience! The server took their time explaining the menu and how everything worked and what broths were popular, since my friends were somewhat new to Vietnamese hot pot. There was a good variety of fresh seafood, vegetables, and sauces that I haven't seen at other hot pot spots and I got the canh chua broth, which was so good if you like a sweet and slightly tangy broth! My friends also got the regular and spicy beef broths and those were yum too. There was even a self-serve drink station with normal sodas and Vietnamese teas, and I was overall really impressed with everything!
We got the beginner tier, but our server Jerry was so sweet that he offered us che just to try it out. It was so good and I am so curious about the other desserts on the Foodie menu because they are all handmade and look soooo good! All in all, it was such a great experience and such a fun and unique experience because I don't usually see many Vietnamese hot pot spots in Vegas :) I would def come back and try more next time!!“

“Amazing food. I had the tom yum broth with tiger shrimp and all the veggies and egg noodles. So yummy!“

“Love the food here, especially the braised beef in the buffet line. The hotpot and sushi were great. The service however quite disappointing, probably because it was too busy but our waiter was not attentive. Did not get the drink refill and takes forever to reorder the meat/sushi. However I would recommend anyone that would like a hotpot spot in Las Vegas“

“Solid AYCE! Got there around 8:15pm on a Saturday and got seated in about 15 min.
They have a salad bar/hot pot/sauce bar which was really nice.
Good quality meat and hot pot broths were delicious too.
Would go back!“

“Great restaurant with a wide variety of dishes and nice interior.
The mao xue wang is good. The toothpick lamb was fun at the beginning but I might skip that next time. It tastes good but feels like work to take out the toothpick. The deep fried intestines were delicious. The pork uteri was interesting and came with some noodles in the spicy broth. The guo qiao mi xian was plain, I recommend going with a different noodle on the menu.
We came here twice and left happy and with lots of leftovers. The portion sizes are quite generous. We will be coming back to try other dishes on the menu.“

The quality of the broth selection and consistency of how attentive and great everything here is from service to all meat, veggies, sides quality makes it 5 stars every time.
So thankful to have this location here so close to home! I'll always be back for the best mongolian hot pot in Vegas.“

“Holy! Yassss!!! Finally. Everything I've been looking for in a hot pot. Hot pot on wheels baby!!! They have a bomb lunch AYCE from 12-4pm and after 9pm. Otherwise it's a la carte which I don't recommend unless you eat like a hummingbird. This is a mainland Chinese chain moved to the US and God Bless America for giving them whatever visas they needed to operate here. They have a big menu and all the goodies. Enoki mushroom, the good cuts of beef, not trying to nickel and dime you on the ingredients. My favorite is the large intestines. So tasty and hits the spot just right. I have such a hard time finding this item! They used to have it at Mala Town and I would crave it but every damn time I went they didn't have it and now I just don't ever go there anymore. So big props to Shoo Loong for keepin' it real for ya girl.
Don't be discouraged by all the construction y'all. Go right on ahead and find yourself the little elevator downstairs and ride that baby right on up to the 2nd floor and go in. Beautiful, Chinese, clean, and great service. It's on my list as a must go back and must take friends for the future. We gained another great spot.“

“Overall great experience! The fried shrimp and fry meal was absolutely delicious! They do not have crawfish. The "seasoning" was good - smoky flavored, and we didn't get the one packed with heat so it was very mild. Prices were reasonable and the customer service was exceptional.“

“Pretty solid price starting at $30 to $60.
Overall nice experience. I thought I saw something online saying they had a lunch special price but that was not the case. We had a party of four people and they gave us one table with a shared broth with the option of two broths. Would have been nice to have a table that at least had two different pots so that we could have tried more than two broths between four people.“

“OK, I have to confess: this is the best restaurant I've ever been to in Vegas. And trust me, I've been to a lot. The food is amazing, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is incredible. You can literally eat whatever you want, as much as you want. It's like a dream come true for a foodie like me. If you've ever fantasized about ordering everything on the menu, this is your chance to make it happen. Just don't blame me if you end up in a food coma afterwards.“

“Overall, it's really good. We had grilled eggplant x2 order (mild), cucumber salad (great portion), shrimp (1 order = 5 skewers), lamb (1 order = 5 skewers), whole squid (1 order = 2 skewers, beef (1 order = 5 skewers), tendon (1 order = 5 skewers), lamb (1 order = 5 skewers), 3 rice bowls, and grape soju. All for 2 people. Each skewers were flavorful. Had plenty of left over. We only went there to eat, but their karaoke rooms looks good. Many people walking in and out having a good time. Our server was really friendly and answered a lot of my questions.
Parking can be challenging on the first floor. There is Parking around or at the higher level.
We will be coming back here again“
