Had a great time seeing Tesla

They have a photographer there taking pics then they charge 20.00 for the photo which is fine. Well we left our photo behind and when I returned the next day to see if they still had it they did! However , they wouldn't give it to me unless I paid another 20.00. I told the photographer I already paid for it but she wouldn't give it to me. I thought that was 100% poor service since she knew it was a left behind photo that was left at the front reception area. She told me all photos are shredded nightly so pleasing a customer would be no skin off her back.So I give one star because the live entertainment was good. Service was poor.

Worst breakfast in the world. Disgusting food, terrible coffee, slow service. Avoid.

This was the second time we ate here. First time was for breakfast last year and it was decent, but I'd avoid the scrambled eggs. They were like the type of eggs you'd get in a school cafeteria. When we came here for lunch yesterday it was a pretty good. The burgers my son and wife got were good. My brisket sandwich wasn't really brisket, as it was more like medium sliced roast beef. Not much smoke flavor, and it said there was garlic aoli but I didn't really taste any of that. It ate dry but the beef flavor was fine. Felt trashy cause I had to dip it in ranch cause it was very dry. I'll also mention we ordered a wedge salad which they cut into strips. Never seen that. The bummer was that they served it on a hot plate which didn't sit well with the lettuce and ranch dressing. (Hot food, hot plate. Cold food, cold plate.) Also strange that they brought a few cups of ranch out for us on a hot plate, which turned the ranch warm. Basic stuff the kitchen staff should know...Price wasn't too bad though, for Vegas... I'll say the service was very quick and friendly. I also passed by at night and there was live music which seemed fun.

A concert to remember

Southern salad was great, the Cajun Chicken fettuccine was as well until you get into the bottom 1/4” of oil on the bottom which took all the flavor and fun out of it. 3 stars for such excess oil! Otherwise it would be a 4. Great service and atmosphere.

Singing the blues from start to finish.....Let me start with the best meal first. Our daughter ordered the steak, which was cooked to perfection and had a side of garlic fries (why they don't include those with the burger?.....)I'm not sure why this place got such great reviews. Charging $23 for a "smash burger", we expected something much more substantial. Instead, it was the size of an "In and Out" burger and with a small side of tasteless fries. We ordered the charred Brussel sprouts that were swimming in oil. Absolutely gross. I ordered water because, at minimum, a drink starts at $18. Our waitress seemed offended after she asked me how everything was (why ask?).I truly felt ripped off after coming to this establishment.

There's lots to look at. Try the cornbread.

This review is strictly for the concert hall... We had tickets to see Tesla this past weekend, and what a great experience we had at House of Blues. First of all, the lines to enter the venue moved quickly, and everyone was super nice. Oh, and getting out after the show, so organized and easy moving. Bar service...100% amazing! The sound in the concert hall...ONE OF THE BEST! We have been to many, many shows and concerts all over Vegas, and House of Blues is top notch, right up there with T Mobile, but smaller. I honestly don't know how or why we've been missing out on concerts here, but we will definitely be back!

My family and I visited the House of Blues on March 4, 2024. We ate dinner there and the food was not good. We could only eat a little bit of it. It was disappointing to spend that kind of money and not be able to eat the food.

Loaded nachos with brisket were so good we had to come back the next day for another round. Also they had a super talented artists preforming in the evening. Great environment and service.

My husband and I had a late lunch at the House of Blues while visiting Las Vegas, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food and the service was good. While it wasn't beyond exceptional, it was still a solid choice. We both enjoyed our meals, finding them to be tasty and satisfying. The menu offered a good variety, and the portions were generous. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. The atmosphere at the House of Blues was very relaxed, which we appreciated. The live music added to the ambiance, and we found it to be quite enjoyable. It's a great place to unwind and enjoy a meal. Overall, I would give the House of Blues a four out of five and recommend stopping in for a bite to eat, especially if you're looking for a laid-back dining experience with good food and live music.

The burger is fine. The service is really bad, not a friendly staff at all. Both the bartender and the attendants seemed grumpy. If you’re looking for a good vibe, this is not the place! Not going back, consider doing something about your service and staff.

I was not allowed to seat upstairs and I have a bad knee. But overall had a great time.

Food quality was above what we got in other casinos. We had jambalaya that was tasty (not mind blowing but again this is compared to what you can find in other places) and voodoo shrimp (this one the corn bread was a bit of a downer). Drinks were ok. Live music was good and not too loud that you can't hear yourself eating. We'd stop by again
