The waitress maybe the bartender was on her phone for a good bit as we walked in. We waited for a greeting as we paid attention. She was not too thrilled with us walking in 15 mins before they closed. It was our first time walking in to grab a bite. We asked for water while waiting as they were cleaning up. She didn't even change her gloves from changing out the trash while she served us. I told her not to drink it. We thought we were going to eat there and as our food was coming out we realized they weren't going to serve us there. The server already had our food boxed up when we didn't ask for it. Beyond rude. No notice.
