Hopefully some helpful feedback: after we ordered our sandwiches, that came with fries, I saw that there was Mac and cheese. I said that I would like Mac and cheese instead of fries. The young lady, who was very pleasant, simply said, “we can’t sub Mac and cheese for fries”. I didn’t want to put in the work of explaining that I didn’t care of the cost, that I just simply wanted Mac and cheese instead of fries and for her to do what she needed to do to make it happen. So, there was no attempt to take advantage of an upsale and I didn’t get Mac and cheese.
