The food is always amazing each time we go. The salads are the best with a side of coleslaw or mac :-) Great staff as well. Always friendly, polite and professional. Love the rewards program too.
I was thrilled to discover the new Houston Hot Chicken that opened near my house. The Combo Meal with a Chicken Sandwich and Tender (xtra hot spice level) was one of the best quality chicken I've ever tasted. The refreshing Cucumber Watermelon Lemonade Slushy was the perfect cool-down with the warm weather. Broderick and Sebastian provided exceptional service with explaining the menu and options and genuine enthusiasm, making the whole experience exceed my expectations.
Order via Uber eats, first time trying HHC, didn't receive my fries and all my chicken besides the chicken sandwich was cold. I know with delivery your food won't be hot hot like it would be if you were in store but it was like they didn't bother making it fresh and it day on the counter waiting to be picked up. The mac & cheese was okay, needed seasoning. Chicken sandwich was okay too. Food was just okay. I'll try it again in store
