This is our second time visiting Houston’s Hot chicken Centennial location. The service from the start was excellent. Dakota walked my overly brave daughter through the different heat levels, saving her from burning her mouth off. The food came out super quick. And it was so fresh. Dakota is a really helpful person.

Dakota, who assisted me at the drive-through, was super nice, patient, and very helpful. She had a great attitude and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Excellent customer service paired with great food. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.
