Loved the low key atmosphere. And the beer is good too.
Not a friendly space. The bartenders were very rude. If you have any questions be prepared to be treated as lesser of a person. If you are not a regular you should go next door. Much better atmosphere.
Beers are sub par and pricy $9 for a pint, NE IPA not true to the style, unfriendly staff, nothing special here, dogs allowed but no children.
Beers are good not great. Solid B+. The space is small but small in a good way. Looked like everyone was having a good time. Friendly staff and service.
First pic is what a lager should look like the second pic is the one i had at hudl, no head and was really flat expected better
What can we say about HUDL Brewing Company...
Right from the start we were greeted with a friendly smile from the Girl behind the counter.
My brother and I ordered a couple flights and sat down. The one I was really looking forward to was their Cream Ale Nitro because I had a very nice one in San Diego, and haven't had one since. And the HUDL Brewing version was very nice as well and was a nice smooth Beer. All of the Beers we had were extremely good, and of course we had to have a pint after, of our favorite ones. ( Can you guess which one I had lol )
While we were having our flights a Gentleman introduced himself and asked if he could sit down with us ( of course ) it was one of the owners of the Brewery and he wanted to introduce us to a new beer coming out and what we both thought ( can is in with my pictures posted ) the Beer was extremely good with a good nose on it and sat on the pallet nicely. It was funny as when I was explaining to him and showed him a picture of the Beer I had in San Diego he got up for a second and went behind the counter and brought back another Beer to try. It was actually the Cream Ale Nitro that I was actually having, but the main reason he went to get it, was to explain that they took part of the Cream Ale Nitro and introduced that into part of the new one he was asking us to try and wanting to find out what we thought of it. All we said is that this is going to sell extremely well, especially once people can sit outside once it cools down more outside, so people can enjoy it on the patio they have, and at people's homes in their own back yards. It was kind of nice having one of the first of the new Beers right off the Laverne and Shirley Assembly line lol.
It was an absolute pleasure talking with him for over 20 minutes and not to mention when he asked us where we were from ( Vancouver Canada ?? ) he said that he used to race cars in Vancouver and we talked about all the local Race Tracks ( most are gone now ) but one of them was a Track called Westwood Mountain High Racing. I told him I live 5 minutes away from where it used to be. ( Golf Course and Houses now ) I told him that I probably watched him race. ( Small world )
Anyways back to Beer lol... If any of you are in the Arts District and close to HUDL Brewing Company you must stop in and have a flight or two and then have a pint of your favorite Beer after like we did ????
Also FYI Next door is a great BBQ place called Soulbelly BBQ if you're at HUDL Brewing you can actually order the Soulbelly BBQ and have it brought to you over to HUDL Brewing. Or do what we did have our flights and a pint or two then go over to Soulbelly BBQ and have a bite there. Also HUDL makes a house Beer for Soulbelly BBQ called you guessed it Jiggly Meat Lager lol ?? and it's very good as well ???
We sat at the bar and apparently you're supposed to go to the end of the counter to order. When asked, the annoyed staff shorted the pour as apparent punishment. Nice.
Awesome brewery! Solid selection and friendly staff. Can order food from the barbecue place next door too.
Stopped in because Skip is a motocross legend and happy to report the beer is outstanding. Going back next time I'm in Vegas!
Not impressed with their beers, tried a flight and only one would I give maybe a 3/5 to. Feels like they cheap out on the being process. My friend agreed. I don't recommend.
Restaurantji Recommends
Supports vets, wide variety beer selection, definitely recommend!
Dropped in for a pint with my team...low key, great beer and signature cocktails, Sunday live music, totally chill.
Great off the strip spot in the Arts district
Will be coming back next time we're in Vegas!
Great experience having delicious beers with Skip Norfolk and Lisa Hamilton! They have a large selection of awesome beers that is rivaled by only a select few other breweries. They feature amazingly good beers with bold flavors and no compromises. The beer styles are extensive and the atmosphere is chill. This brewery is all about the beer. They recently won a bronze medal in the international beer festival for Sweet Chai O’Mine which they offer in both regular and nitro pours. It’s a dessert beer that satisfies and packs a high 15% ABV! I highly recommend hitting this brewery while in Las Vegas if you have a minute. SoulBelly BBQ will deliver from next door to complete your visit ?
Awesome beer and awesome vibe!
Check it out if you are in the area, along with the other breweries in the area. Beers were good, prices were regular and I would stop in for another pint. They were playing The Doors, La Woman and I was impressed.
