Nice Presentation on Ramen Flight. The service was great. We got seated right away. Our server was nice and polite. We got our food quick. The steak was delicious. I just wish it was a little bigger like the one they advertise on instagram. All the Ramen was ok. I wish they had that basil green broth as another option for their soup base. Their food wasn’t that bad, but it wasn’t that great that I had to come back. I would give it a 5 or a 6

My Vietnamese guest and I ordered banh mi op la (Vietnamese egg sandwich) and bun rieu cua (crab noodle soup), and both were outstanding! It never hurts to ask what other customers order the most....

Hue Thai is a nice little hole in the wall place in the "Chinatown" area of Vegas. The food is excellent and the prices are beyond reasonable. When I talk to friends about hidden gems, this is definitely one of those places!
