Was truly an experience that you must enjoy at least once in your life. Food and wine that's too fire for. Thank you to all of the staff, my wife and I had a great time.

Hugo's is always a must visit while in Vegas. The old school style of service is phenomenal. The food and drinks are amazing!

Been there before and will go again! Food was excellent! Had to ask for a steak knife for our entree and never served sorbet between meals as they stated that was part of the experience. My wife asked for a smaller filet than on the menu and they did accommodate. As stated we will go again!

They made my wife's birthday wonderful. Great food, great service. A very cool steak and seafood restaurant.

One of the best steakhouses in Vegas! Ambiance and services were absolutely amazing! Everything wasn't a la carte like many other steakhouses in Vegas.

I am honestly a food for fuel person, so a meal has to be truly extraordinary for me to want to pay higher prices for a nice meal. Hugo's always is above and beyond. From the table side salad to the incredible entrees, amazing cocktails and John the sommelier, just an incredible experience. Cannot recommend enough getting their early and sitting at the bar and having Dean make you one his amazing martinis.

first time in many that my lamb chops were not properly cooked. Sent it back with once, second time they came back raw so they removed my dinner fromthe bill. I did not need to say anything they were disappointed and surprised as well as ND responded aopripri mastery. Try his is an old time steak house qitj enough staff 5o ensure their diners needs are met before asking for anything. A full meal includes a made by the table salad with about 9 ingredient choice s, sorbet to clean your palet, main course starch and Vegetable, followed by a plate of chocolate copate dipped dried fruits and whipped cream. Coffee Is served with cinnamon stick and whipped cream. Woman are greated with a fresh long stem rose. There is a Sommelier, that has been there for 41 years, to help you with your wine choice. He did well by us by suggesting a great split bottle. Although we had a negative food experience, this is not their norm and I fully recommend Hugos Wine cellar for a fine dinning experience

Service was 5 star. My wife and I both had the ribeye. Mine was nailed - perfectly rare. My wife asked for medium rare but was probably closer to medium. Tableside salad was really good. My daughter had the pasta dish (can’t remember the name) and she wasn’t fond of it. Only complaint was the sides were not served hot but rather lukewarm. I’d give it another shot.

So disappointed with last night’s meal. Everyone’s food came out lukewarm. My carrots were cold.

AWESOME! I found this place by chance for romantic dining to celebrate our 40th Anniversary Las Vegas trip. How to start? The entrance is very obscure and like entertaining an underground wine cellar. The host, the servers, and the manager greet you to their location in a friendly and welcoming manner. Then the food, OMG high-class and very tasteful. We ordered the table hot stone for two, the house offered free salad, the Chicken with Mushrooms and the Duck with berry sauce, and some drinks. The house gifted us a dessert for our anniversary. We loved it we highly recommend. Ps the prices were very reasonable for the type of food and service received.

I was astounded by how this favorite place has changed since last year. We host a family reunion dinner here every year for, last 7 years and it has been so memorable. Super service and awesome food while not cheap, was a good value. The quality of the food, presentation, price and service has dropped more than I've ever seen. So sad. My family said “we need to find another place for next years dinner.” I spoke to manager he seemed not to care at all.
