An absolutely incredible experience. A must visit restaurant. There's not many like it anymore.

So disappointed with last night’s meal. Everyone’s food came out lukewarm. My carrots were cold.

AWESOME! I found this place by chance for romantic dining to celebrate our 40th Anniversary Las Vegas trip. How to start? The entrance is very obscure and like entertaining an underground wine cellar. The host, the servers, and the manager greet you to their location in a friendly and welcoming manner. Then the food, OMG high-class and very tasteful. We ordered the table hot stone for two, the house offered free salad, the Chicken with Mushrooms and the Duck with berry sauce, and some drinks. The house gifted us a dessert for our anniversary. We loved it we highly recommend. Ps the prices were very reasonable for the type of food and service received.
I was astounded by how this favorite place has changed since last year. We host a family reunion dinner here every year for, last 7 years and it has been so memorable. Super service and awesome food while not cheap, was a good value. The quality of the food, presentation, price and service has dropped more than I've ever seen. So sad. My family said “we need to find another place for next years dinner.” I spoke to manager he seemed not to care at all.
Party of 6 and all were happy and en joyed the experience and great food. If there's a complaint it would they don't make a good old fashion .. HAHA
What a special place! Service was wonderful and so was the food. The table side salad preparation is great! The sommelier, Jon, is the best!!!
We were genuinely excited about dining at Hugo's Cellar, especially given its reputation. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. From the start, our waiter was noticeably unfriendly. The food didn't redeem the service either — the ribeye steak was surprisingly tough, and another guest's pork chop was just as difficult to cut through. For a place that markets itself as a fine dining steakhouse, this was a letdown. To top it off, we were shocked by a $40 split meal charge — the highest we've ever encountered. With so many outstanding steakhouses in Las Vegas, we won't be returning to Hugo's Cellar. There are better options with friendlier service, better food, and more reasonable pricing.
Have been going to Andiamo's for years for anniversary dinner. Last few years have been lacking. Happily found our replacement going forward . Staff, food, ambiance everything was spectacular.
Incredible experience start to finish. Best prime rib I've ever had. Cannot wait to return.
Do not miss this place! Best steakhouse in Vegas and the ambience is second to none! Service is exceptional too!

An extraordinary experience! Probably one of the best restaurants in the United States! The staff , the drinks, the food, and the I ambiance is unlike anything I have experienced' “Old Vegas” had definitely seen its better days! Hugo's Cellar is a diamond in the rough!
Hugos' is always a great place to dine in Las Vegas. Atmosphere is relatively quiet, if you dine early and the food is excellent. John, the sommelier, is always great with wine recommendations. The salad cart is always a great way to begin your meal.
Food was very good. Amazing ambience - attentive and welcoming wait staff. The rose, anniversary card and special dessert was a nice touch.
Outstanding service Great value Real “Old Vegas” ambiance Would recommend to anyone staying in Las Vegas!
The fellow who made our salads was brusque, really making a negative impression on our two guests who were first-timers. This has never happened to us before last night.
