Went there for our anniversary and first of all gentleman. If you want to wear a hat then do not go here! They insist you take your hat off even if it makes you uncomfortable. On top of that the food was absolutely horrible! No flavor at all. The shrimp lobster were overcooked and rubbery. Plus my husband had a belly ache for 2 days afterwards... I normally don't post negative reviews but the reviews are part of the thing that got me here and I feel like I should be honest so others don't go and spend over $300 on a meal they don't want to eat.

My wife & I were very happy about our whole dining experience here. Everything from being seated, to our tableside salad, and filet mignon & lobster dinners. Even though it was a bit pricey, it was well worth the price we spent. We will gladly return again in the future.

Was at Hugo's at on Thursday for my birthday. Dean the bartender was awesome our server was great don't recall his name wish I could say as much for the food I ordered the beef wellington pastry was dry and hard not flaky like I'm used to having the risotto was cold and sticky

Five of us girls went for a birthday last night, the food was not good. The Beef Wellington was not good, the mushroom risotto was very mushy, the scallops tasted bad also. We could not even eat it! We paid for the food & did not send it back. But we won’t be back!! The worst part is the server Gene was very very rude!!

Bread was old, steak wasn’t what you expect, tasted over aged. Sea bass was crispy and very dry, appetizer stuffed mushrooms tasted very fishy. Overall not worth the money! Old charm still there, but not the quality you were used to!

Was truly an experience that you must enjoy at least once in your life. Food and wine that's too fire for. Thank you to all of the staff, my wife and I had a great time.

Was expecting something more. We were seated in this weird corner with the mobile salad bar next to our table. The salad was okay. My food was not hot when brought out. My steak wasn't bad but nothing special either. My husband had the Chilean Sea Bass which was very good. The dessert was enjoyable. For the price you pay, not sure if we will return.

Hugo's is always a must visit while in Vegas. The old school style of service is phenomenal. The food and drinks are amazing!

Been there before and will go again! Food was excellent! Had to ask for a steak knife for our entree and never served sorbet between meals as they stated that was part of the experience. My wife asked for a smaller filet than on the menu and they did accommodate. As stated we will go again!

They made my wife's birthday wonderful. Great food, great service. A very cool steak and seafood restaurant.

One of the best steakhouses in Vegas! Ambiance and services were absolutely amazing! Everything wasn't a la carte like many other steakhouses in Vegas.

I am honestly a food for fuel person, so a meal has to be truly extraordinary for me to want to pay higher prices for a nice meal. Hugo's always is above and beyond. From the table side salad to the incredible entrees, amazing cocktails and John the sommelier, just an incredible experience. Cannot recommend enough getting their early and sitting at the bar and having Dean make you one his amazing martinis.
