Today I placed an order for delivery via Door Dash. I received my pizza very late as a result it was cold, dry and hard. The door dash person was unprofessional, did not convey any empathy and urgency. I called Hungry Howies and expressed what transpired and they referred me to Door Dash. Contacted Door Dash, they gave me a confirmation number for my refund and referred me back to Hungry Howies. Contacted Hungry Howies again with the confirmation number and they said they’re going to deny my request and I can have a free pizza if I want or send my complaint via Corporate Hungry Howies. Are you kidding me?!?! So no one wants to right the wrong?! I spent my money and did not get what I paid for - a hot, fresh pizza delivered on time. I am extremely disappointed with both companies, especially my local Hungry Howies. There was no empathy or compassion on their part at all!! I will never order from them again!!!

Don’t use the app. We placed an order for delivery. The location was 18 miles from the store. The app said they were able to deliver anyways. Upon placing the order, our location was changed to the store’s address. We were unaware of this until we were contacted by the delivery driver. When the driver got to the store, they were told the pizza was already given out. We called the store to find out what was going on. The lady who answered confirmed the store’s address but said they were in Summerlin. She stated that we couldn’t get a refund since it was placed for delivery and that it was given to the driver. We told her we understood, but that it was the app’s fault not ours saying that they would deliver when it was actually too far. She claimed we were being rude, and kept cutting off my husband when he tried to speak. I’m just glad the manager left a voicemail saying that they would do a refund after all

Love the pizza but i dont like the fact that ive never once gotten a reward !! I called tonight to ask why 11-7-23 4:45pm and the guy said they are not trained to know about rewards . So i said maybe you can have a manager call me , because ive never once even gotten $1 off or ANYTHING , and he said the managers dont know either , you have to use the app. I said i do use the app LOL . Good pizza but kinda crappy that all the other pizza places offer rewards except hungry howies and if they do offer any rewards , supposedly nobody knows how they work .Ive been ordering here for over 3 years and have never once gotten a single reward.

Cheap and tasty pizzas and cheesy bread. It works! There is only to go and delivery orders here, no tables, so we ordered to go/pick up. Service was reasonably fast and friendly. The food is decent and prices are very good.
This location states it opens at 11am on Fridays. They were closed at 11am. Waste of time and gas.

This Hungry Howie’s pizza location is absolutely the best! They’re always quick and the food is delicious but best of all the service is amazing! We order all the time and today when we ordered pizza, the order came delivered with one of the pizzas with wrong toppings. Normally not a huge issue but we don’t eat meat and it came with pepperoni. I called hoping to get a credit for next time, but they happily remade it and redelivered the pizza with the correct toppings. Seriously the best.

Love Hungry Howie's... Been a fan for decades, however the Vegas locations seem to use a different Cajun seasoning then the stores back in Michigan do, not sure of there is other differences, but still great pizza!!! Had the Bee Sting pizza on my last couple visits, delicious ?

Typical Hungry Howie’s pizza. They are proud of their flavored crust but the pizza is average at best. I will say that this location is clean and the pizza was priced well and ready in a timely manner. I like the convenience of the Hungry Howie’s app. My kid loves HH pizza. ??♂️

I came back here earlier today for the third time. I really like the pizza.I’m confused. Why the extra $1.99 charge? Neither topping is premium. Flavored crust is free. It seems that I was overcharged.And why isn’t there a price listed for toppings on the menu board?
