Parking: Parking sucks. Everyone was lapping the place, trying to find a spot. There are so many great places to eat from, but parking is crazy

Zero service.
Zeor stars.
I enjoyed my time at hwaro 2 I always been coming here for like 3 to 4 years now. There's only been a couple times that I had bad experiences here and it was because of one of the service having a bad attitude. We came in today to eat late no one spoken to us for a good 10 to 15 minutes I had to call someone and get their attention and it was the same lady that ended up being our server. She was very nonchalant and distance. I tried to order as much as we could because it seemed like she just kept rushing us to order. But when she helped other people it wasn't rushed. The way she would word things is that all??.. do you want me to come back. But her check-ins was long in in between. A group of people was right next to us they were sitting there before we got there she told us it was last call but those people on the other side of us are still eating and she still tending to them longer than us. And ask for more time to see if we wanted to get anything else and she said well this will be the last call I asked her could she come back and she lingered like we would have to place the order now. After I said those other people were here longer than us she just said okay and walked away her name was bonos bomnos. Curly hair Asian blonde and brown hair very slender. She was completely rude..... Hopefully next time we have a better experience.

Me and my wife had three different servers. Girl with glasses was great, second girl was Asian (with nice clean make up) and she was great, but THEN! We had an Asian girl with surgical mask… yeah I didn’t like her attitude 😒. Condescending, had no patience and even threw the tab tray on the table, I usually like to empathize with all my food workers, but I felt demeaned by her behavior and this is unacceptable, like just apply to a job elsewhere if you’re unhappy working there dang…
Parking: We found 1 spot but got lucky I guess

Came here for my birthday party last December. Enjoyed the food very much, although the green tea pork belly was not as tender as the original location I still had 5 servings. The only downside is I had a vegan friend come to celebrate the occasion and the server added them to the bill as AYCE even though they didn’t have any BBQ. I didn’t complain but felt that they could have let me know before ringing the bill up. I still tipped because they were nice servers and helped with lighting the candles on my cake. Overall a good spot I may have just been asking for too many specific requests they weren’t used to accommodating.

Simple menu option, lunch or "prime". Flavors are fine. Servers are friendly across the board. Now, the main issue? The music is offensively loud. Give me a break loud. Turn it down.

“One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The food was far from fresh—meat had an odd smell, and the side dishes looked like they’d been sitting out for hours. To top it off, the service was abysmal. The servers were rude, inattentive, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them whenever we asked for something. It took forever to get refills or even basic items like napkins. For the high prices, I expected much better quality and customer care. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”
Parking: A lot of broken glass in parking lot.

BEWARE OF THE WAIT TIME!!
We put our name at 6:00pm and they didn’t call us until 9:19 . Hostess continued to tell us 20 minutes then 15 minutes . After two hours of waiting, we left to another restaurant and got most of our food before Hwaro called and told us our table was ready!
We made a reservation at 5PM, checked in around 7, didn’t get seated until 9. Service was quick however and food was okay overall.

Our server was awful. As soon as we walked in, she immediately recommended another Korean bbq place that was open until 5am.
We came in late night. 1hr 20min before they close. Server was annoyed we came in late. She told us we had 15 min to order so we asked her for multiple amount of one specific item. She gave us one out of the 4 plates that we asked for. We had to ask for sauces and salt/pepper. This is a Korean bbq place, I’ve never been seated in a Korean bbq place with no sauces or condiments.
I didn’t catch her name but she was terrible. I’ve never left ZERO tip in a restaurant. EVER. Until tonight.

Asian girl with glasses, very thin, poor service, basically no service. If you don't want service, don't come to work.

Hwaro has a sign no parties of 1 but if they're not busy they've let me eat by myself. So tonight I go in and there's 10 plus open tables at 1:30am and Ivy says sorry no parties of 1. I asked again nicely letting her know they've allowed me before especially with 10 plus empty tables. She said no sorry. This kind of service to locals that are repeat customers is awful. I'll never eat there again as there's plenty of competition, even the a la cart Japanese BBQ next door that is amazing. Imagining myself eating inside now instead of writing this review of poor service. 😞

My first time going to a Korean Bbq place. My friends had been trying to get me to go for a while now and tonight they came by and dragged me outta the house. Ha ha. I've been wanting to try , but so busy. Anyway , we got there and my friends were like you usually have to wait , but we were seated right away and it was over half full. It was clean and well lit even though the decor seemed a little dark , but that is okay with me.
We tried several different meats. I wish I would have taken a picture of the receipt showing all that we had. I would have to say I liked the Spicy Pork Bulgogi and Beef Bulgogi the best and the Cajun Chicken was okay also. Garlic Jalapeno Pork Belly was really just bacon with a green jalapeno paste. I put a piece of it with the Cajun Chicken and that made a good combination.
The bottle of sauce they give you goes good on the white rice. You also get a bunch of little plates of like different radishes and kimchi and some spicy pickle slices. We also got the little ice cream cups with the little spoons like we had in school when we were kids. The service was good and we were full when we left. I'm sure a lot of people enjoy the experience and food. It's a good experience to have with friends and family. I didn't take any pictures or video this time. My friends were like enjoy this time without doing your review stuff.

Food is a true AYCE. No additional cost for premium items such as the short ribs. The waiter/waitress was awesome. Our selection came out quickly we weren't pressured to leave.
I understand that wait time is not exact and only approximate, we we're told by the host that your wait is about 15-20 minutes but was not seated until 1 hour later. Music is pretty loud and where we were seated, the smoke was not filtered properly and kept blowing in my direction
