Came through and maxed out that 90 minutes! LUIS was very attentive. He made sure our table stayed with meat on the grill, consistantly changing the grill and with the with a genuine smile he took care of all our needs despite it being absolutely busy. 10/10 recommend. My date and I were very pleased.

I've been coming to this location for years and greatly enjoyed it almost every time. Today was one of the days when the experience was below the standard I've come to expect.
First, the main waiters were quick to rush us. I understand this place is very busy and has to rotate people in and out to prevent long wait times. However, I do not understand staring at us every 2 minutes to see if we are going to leave even when we are within our time limit. We were eating constantly trying to finish so we could give up the table, but that good natured attempt was met with glares and interruptions. We did not order excessive food either, but we struggled to finish our food since we were being not so subtly monitored.
Second, the place is usually very clean but today was different. Two separate plates came overfilled with raw meat which lead to dripping raw marinade onto our table. None of that was cleaned which lead to me accidentally placing my hand on it. I then had to go to the restroom to wash my hands and was met with a wet floor. I assumed this was because of a recent cleaning but I did not see a wet floor sign. I was grossed out when I realized the floor was likely wet from an overflowed toilet which was thankfully clean, but still, ew. I was happy to see that the restroom had soap and towels.
Overall I do love Hwaro and have had awesome dinners here. I just wish this was one them. I think I'll take a step back and eat at one of the many other deserving places in Las Vegas the next time I eat out.

The service was absolutely awful. It took them 30 minutes to get us TONGS and an HOUR for WATER for the meat and this was an hour before they closed. This would have been fine EXCEPT FOR THE 18% AUTO GRATUITY FOR 4 PEOPLE. Absolutely madness

We came here late at night during Thanksgiving weekend after another restaurant had an extremely long wait. Luckily, we were seated here in about 20 minutes, which was a huge relief. We chose the most expensive set, and it was absolutely worth it. The steak portions were generous and incredibly delicious. The service was outstanding — our server was extremely friendly and attentive. True all-you-can-eat with great quality, we honestly couldn’t stop eating. Highly recommended!
Shout out to FERNANDO for the amazing service great always checking in on us for the orders seeing if everything was alright he even helped us with cooking the food would love to come here again!!!!!!!

This is my first time in this restaurant. We are so happy to find this place. The food is so good, fresh, they prepare table look very welcome. The service honestly is super nice, friendly and makes us feel super relaxing . And special things need to recommend to everyone that the price is very reasonable. Let try them. You won’t disappointed. We like the service from Leon and Earl❤️
