So I was a little worried about how my night was going to go when the ticket holder said they could not deliver my tickets but they upgraded us to the Hyde Lounge. Coming from out of town we didn't really understand if that was good or bad. Turned out really good because of calling the lounge with my concerns and Justin at the front taking amazing care of us! Hyde lounge was an awesome experience. Justin took care of everything for setting us up for an incredible way to take in a game while in Vegas. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back again!

We went to hide to celebrate a 50th birthday at the Golden Knights and avalanche game. The Knight won, which was extra special and the service we received from Alicia and Zach was top shelf. They were incredibly patient and friendly with our group of 20. Would absolutely recommend getting a space at Hyde lounge for Golden Knights games!
