Everything my husband and I ordered last night was some of the best food we've ever had. The sashimi was fresh, the handrolls exceptional, the skewers incredible. Wonderfully authentic japanese food. You are truly doing yourself a disservice by missing a dining experience here.

Food was absolutely delicious and authentic.
Service was so so not very energetic. Atmosphere was cool and they had traditional seats in the back for larger groups.

First time here and I was blown away by the food! I rarely go out to eat and since moving here, none of the restaurants I’ve tried have really stuck out to me until I came here. Whoever is preparing the food has knocked it out of the park! I ordered Cajun beef skewers, the tried and true miso soup, spicy yellowtail hand rolls, and udon soup. Everything was a taste sensation and the flavors took my tastebuds on a journey. It was such a great experience and the two gentlemen working at the time were very friendly. This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and have every intention of bringing family and friends along for the ride.

The food here is awesome!!! Super delicious. Especially the Pink Caviar Cream Udon, the best udon I have ever tasted!!! Service is nice, parking is convenient. Nothing to complain, everything is perfect 😍

Have been going here for YEARS. Food has always been amazing. Always busy and packed. You know it’s good when you see nothing but East Asians eating there.

The food is one of the worst that I tried “Japanese authentic restaurant”. Food is not worth the price at all !

We visited this Japanese restaurant today and had a very unpleasant experience with one of the servers. A very tall European guy was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. I said “Hi,” but he didn’t even look at us and kept a dark, unfriendly face the whole time. I repeated that we had three people, but he completely ignored it and didn’t assist at the host stand at all. He just walked away to clear plates by himself.
Fortunately, another server was very nice — polite, attentive, and handled our order and food service properly. I appreciated his help.
However, the attitude of the first server was really unacceptable. No customer should be treated like that.

This review exists solely to be #1000. Was my meal profound? Sure—profoundly happy that Las Vegas still has nostalgic spots like Ichiza Original where the handwritten specials, wild menu variety, and late-night vibes haven't changed. Raise a glass (or a milk tea!) to the tiny second floor hideaway that refuses to become a tourist trap. See you at review #2000.

Dinner is outstanding. Food consistently exceeds expectations. Server could improve by showing more enthusiasm and engaging with guests on a personal level, rather than merely taking orders. He seems uninterested in guest satisfaction.

It was great. The sake menu was nice, lots of variety. I love the small plate aspect of this. There's a little bit for everyone. I would definitely come back.
