The service is okay depending on who u get. The waffles took 30 min to come out and they were cold and soggy. It was disgusting and disappointing especially because last time I came there was a different chef in the back and it was delicious. When I was leaving, I noticed that there was a dead roach in between the crack of the host bar and the bench upfront. Truly off putting but they did comp me 20% but I definitely will not be returning.

If I could leave 0 starts I would! To start, my son and I was sat at a table that wasn’t properly cleaned. I had to get the attention on the hostess that sat us, to show her the milk spilled all over the seat. We sat for about 10 minutes before seeing our server, mind you we were given menus and not a single utensil. Our server was nice, but gave the impression that she was swamped and needed help. We ordered drinks, then reviewed the menu, ordered our food and requested silverware and straws. Our drinks arrive (coffee and hot chocolate), but remember, no utensils or straws. Saw another server passing our table and asked her for utensils, she says “sure” and walks off. 10 minutes later, sees the other server again and asks for them again, and finally gets them this time.From our table I can see the kitchen and expo line clearly, I watch as plates begin to collect in the window. Our server had only been to our table twice, drinks and our order. At the 30 minute mark, we finally get our food. To no one’s surprise, ITS COLD! The butter didn’t attempt to melt on top of my pancakes! Our server still appearing to be swamped and frazzled. At this point a hostess walks close enough by, that I ask her for the manager. I explain to Brooke our experience, she was nice enough to comp our meal, but I was hangry and on the verge of tears. This was truly the worst experience I had in a long while.Every server that I witnessed was in it for them selves, except 2 that were working close sections. A male with green hair and female, young with dark hair. No one was working together for the guests experience, guests waiting on checks and going without proper service. I still wanted to tip our server, because I understand some things are out of her control, but she did not return to our table after dropping our food or talking to the manager. On the way out the restaurant, the hostess (young, red head, ponytail on top of her head) utters the driest “have a good day”, that irked my nerves even more.Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location.

Terrible service! My sister wanted to dine here with her son around 11:00 am on 8/27 and she waited about 3 minutes at the front desk in front of a worker (young lady) and she was not acknowledged until she asked if she could dine in. She was then told that they were not accepting dine ins and my sister asked why and she was told “because they are busy”. I then call this ihop to check if they are accepting dine ins and turns out they are! I had never heard of a restaurant turning down a customer because they were busy hence the reason why I called. Very disappointed in the service here and will not be returning.

It was only one waiter in the restaurant! All the time we spent there we only saw one person taking care of waiter and hostess. He was great!!! Excellent service, everything was exactly as we ordered, he wasn't stressed, he was taking our order in a friendly and patient manner, checking we were ok and refilling our drinks.Kid-friendliness: The kids have their own menu.

We arrived about a quarter to 10. We had to wait about 15 yo 20 minutes for the young man to serve us. Keep in mind that there was another family waiting. When he came, we told him that they were there before us . They then proceeded to let him know that they wanted to take out. With a complete attitude, he proceeded to let them know that they had the wrong menu, then he sat us. As we were looking at our mess, my granddaughter told us about ants all over the wall at the front. But she wanted to stay. When the same young man came to get our order, we asked for more time. He got another attitude ? and said "Well okay then." So know we are ready to order. I then explained to him that we wanted to take advantage of the promotion for the kids eating free, and I saw that it ended at 10 pm. Could we still get it. With another attitude, he says, "Well, no! The computer will not allow me to put in the promotion code." I then say okay thanks. By this time, my granddaughter saw some more ants, and then we were ready to go.Between his attitude and the ants, we were done!Maybe we will try another restaurant, and we will differently go earlier. ?

Full disclosure here: I was not expecting anything too amazing from IHOP. It was a summer morning and my kiddo has never been. I figured it would be fun for her to get one those pancakes with a face on it. When we arrived it was pretty empty and we were seated right away. I think it was maybe 8 in the morning on a weekday. Our server was super nice and very attentive. My daughter actually ended up getting a cupcake pancake which was one with sprinkles and frosting basically. I just got a short stack or pancakes and a cold brew coffee. The coffee was a little bitter for my taste. The pancakes were pretty good- which you would hope would be the case with a place that has pancakes in the name lol. Nothing too special here, but fun for the occasional breakfast.

The new manager is bringing the place back! We stopped by today before fireworks and were greeted right away. Quick order, the food came fast and FRESH. Our server was Brooke and she was attentive and so nice with the kids! Thank you guys and see ya next weekend!

When we went it was very calm and not busy, the service was fast and the food was good. It was a bit cold in there when we went. Waitress was kind. Only complaint was the diet soda was flat.

I just wanted a waffle and a crepe. They charged me full price for a complete waffle breakfast and a complete crepe breakfast. I wasn't happy about that. The filling in the crepes tasted artificial. The waffle was ok. The crepe wasn't good. The pancake I snagged from my friend was excellent. Overall not worth going back.
