Onion rings overcooked, CHARGED $ 3.50 for side of toast and server never told us and said had to "warm toast up", meaning it was already toasted? Sandwich wasn't hot just warm and it wasn't crowded. Probably was not a good day to go there. Normally, things aren't bad and food is hot in temp.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp into restaurant and no stairs. Room to move about and handicap table.

Decent place to eat at reasonable prices. The waiter & staff were great. The only issue we had is that they do not have any handicap stalls in the men's bathroom which made it very difficult for my elderly father.

Horrible waffle, poor wife suffered all night long. The waffles were uncooked in the enter leading to food poisoning. Will never return to that location. Short of help bad service.

On the morning of December 10, 2023, I visited the IHOP Restaurant in the Summerlin Area near the 24-hour Fitness with a group of friends for breakfast. Upon arrival, we were disappointed that no staff members were present to welcome and seat us. After waiting an extended period, we approached the staff to request a table, which was an unfortunate start to what we had hoped would be a pleasant dining experience.The person responsible for seating us, Sheree, performed her duties proficiently; however, I observed that the employees needed to be more relaxed, and their customer greeting skills left much to be desired. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant, and the service staff, including the management, needed to be more approachable. This, in turn, hurt our overall dining experience.During my recent visit to the IHOP Summerlin Area, I noted that the restaurant's staff could benefit from better prioritization of their customer service duties. An aspect of our visit that could have been much better was the need to request napkins and creamers from our servers repeatedly. As a customer, I expected these items to be readily available without my prompting. Although seemingly small, this detail can significantly influence the overall dining experience and may impact whether customers choose to return in the future.As we were departing the establishment, I observed an issue related to hygiene. The sauces and condiments were improperly stored alongside cleaning tools and chemicals, which violated food safety and health department regulations. Such practices pose a severe risk to the health and safety of customers and can lead to food contamination. The restaurant management must immediately address this issue and ensure such violations are not repeated.When my friend and I left, an employee stood by the hostess counter. Despite making eye contact with us, the employee failed to offer the customary parting remarks of "Thank you, come again" and "Have a nice day!" This lack of basic customer service skills indicates a more significant management and staff training issue. Engaging and friendly staff are essential to the success of a business and can make customers feel welcomed and valued. While the food was satisfactory, the service and hygiene issues left much to be desired, affecting the overall dining experience.

Jay is hands-down, the best employee. This young man runs the entire restaurant with 1 cook and sometimes a beverage runner, with great grace, friendliness, and care, even in the busiest of nights. Jay remembers my family's names, drink orders, and even our favorite meals. Dining at IHOP with Jay in charge is like eating at home with family; no worries, full of smiles, and making everyone feel welcomed. Jay, your efforts to run a great restaurant do not go unnoticed.
