Tall black guy was our server. I forget names because Iām old but this guy should be the managerā¦Great service and attitude. The food was perfect. I really wish that IHOP had the best biscuits and gravy in the USA but Iāve been saying this for years. Someday maybe fingers crossed
My daughter has been in an IHOP crazeĀ lately, which I'm ok with since I enjoy visiting the IHOP franchise from time to time - as long as it's not often in between visits (~6 months or longer is sufficient). We've had IHOP recently at a different LasĀ Vegas location; however, on 10 Jan 2025, my daughter wanted IHOP again, even though it's only been 14 days since our last visit. But since this was yet another opportunity to spend quality Dad-Daughter time before she went back to her University, I wasn't going to say no. The funny thing about this IHOP is, it was ~8 years ago that my family and I last visited this IHOP location - so it's been a minute.
When we walked in, I was met with a sense of nostalgiaĀ because of our frequent visits in the past. The place wasn't busy at all so we were able to get seated right away. The one thing that I'll miss about IHOP was how they placed all their different flavored syrup on the tables. I understand why this has changed, but I sure do miss that concept - it's probably better (more clean/safe) this way. Our primary server, Jahaziel, did a remarkable job that day; he was very attentive, friendly, and professional - definitely good qualities in a restaurant server.
We ordered the Veggie Egg White Omelette w/the Original Buttermilk Pancakes and side of Ham, Bacon, and Hashbrowns; and the Chicken Biscuit Sandwich w/Strawberry Banana Pancakes (instead of fries). What's interesting about my order is that I ordered the exact same thing as I did from my previous visit 14 days ago. The food quality was the same (excellent), though I was disappointed with the food presentation of my Omelette - it looked like they justĀ threw it on the plate. Not to mention, it was all on one side of the plate when it was sitting in front of me. I'm not an extreme food critic or a culinary snob (and I understand this is just IHOP), but you still have to have a sense of pride in your craft, especially in the food/restaurant business. Nonetheless, it was all going down to my stomach so after my plate was empty, I basically forgot about it until now (while writing this review). Everything tasted magnificent and my daughter was happy, therefore, that made me happy as well.
I feel that the prices have always been adequate atĀ IHOP. I noticed that the prices have increased since my previous visit, which was expected since it's been years since my last visit here. But even though I'm not a fan of it, I also understand the need to raise prices based on the economy. I've always respected this franchise for their unparalleled (and continuous) support to the active men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans - thank you for that! I definitely enjoyed my time here and it was even better that I could spend it with my daughter. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Kid-friendliness: They have the cutest combos for kids.
Do not eat here and do not order online. This was the worst. The worst quality of food paying almost $30. They give me a toddler size portion and the GENERAL manager had the audacity and nerve to go back and forth with me instead of being āprofessionalā and first of all apologizing for the inconvenience. I wonāt even think twice to order here again.

Food places that charge good money for food should provide properly filtered water. Nothing like ruining a meal with water that tastes like itās from the tap or garden hose. Only other option is to pay for overpriced drinks for the whole family, which is ridiculous.

This IHOP is the best IHOP, and we've been to plenty! Every server is amazing, every host is amazing and the food is always incredible AND looks just like the menu pictures! The food also comes out crazy fast! We come almost weekly because we can't get enough! When you come, ask for JosƩ and tip him well because he's the best! He is quick, kind, funny and has a great memory! He's also a mind reader and always brings more water right when I run out! I'd attach a photo of the food but it's gone again...
