Olivia our server was terrible not pleasant at all she went around to all of her other tables to make sure they were enjoying everything not once came to ours. We also asked for lemons she gave us the oldest, nastiest, chewed up lemons. Then she never put in the order for one of our pancakes . Food was not hot at all .
We usually come here on our days off because it's usually great food and food service. Unfortunately this time was not the best experience. When we got our orders, there was a mix-up (which is fine) but the waiter seemed confused and also didn't listen or respond to us when we said the order was wrong. My wife got the Jalapeno popper burger with chicken patty, but it ended up being quite sub par. It was dry and a little stale. The food was also cold when it came out, and my wife didn't get a single refill on her drink until finally a different waiter noticed that we were looking for our server. Just not the best this time.

The last time, my mom went to this location she was very disappointed in the service. She actually left, which is very very rare for my mom. We went back because she loves the IHOP. This time everything was perfect. The service was superb. The food was excellent, cooked just right. Everything was great, so in my mom‘s eyes they have been redeemed :-) we will definitely be coming back.
