Food was delicious the service was excellent however, we were told the restrooms aren’t available for use that we would have to use the restrooms in the Casino. Why would we take our children through the casino to use a restroom when they are right there in the restaurant. They are fully accessible in the front.

I visit Vegas about once a month and always enjoy coming to this ihop. I often bring my family and we're always greeted with a smile. Ester is amazing, she's always in a great mood with great energy, which makes the experience even better. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere every time. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at IHOP in Las Vegas! The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly what we ordered. Everything tasted delicious, and the portions were generous.
Our waitress, Ester, was amazing—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. She really made us feel welcome and taken care of.
The manager, Miguel, was also wonderful. He was professional, kind, and clearly cares about both the customers and the staff. It’s easy to tell this location is well-managed.
Overall, the service and atmosphere made this visit stand out. I would definitely come back and recommend this IHOP to anyone visiting Las Vegas! 🥞😊

Alex was our waiter she was by far the best waitress very professional well groomed & polite! The only complaint I have is the food temperature being cold to the taste the cook/cooks need to do better customers should not have to take their food home to heat it up Alex this was not your fault you are simply amazing love thanks for all of the greatness you brought to our table
Late breakfast at IHOP this afternoon, in Stevenson Ranch, CA, taking advantage one of the four $7 menu items. It was my gal's idea, actually; I wasn't thrilled, as I have had a few off experiences with IHOP food, but she needed to eat asap (after a medical procedure), so off we went.
Admittedly, the Stevenson Ranch location is clean, quiet, well-groomed; that's about it.
My order of scrambled eggs w/cheese, bacon, hash browns was nearly inedible. The bacon tasted rancid and over-cooked; the eggs had big chunks of uncooked cheese, most unappetizing; the hash browns were tasteless. I left most of the food on the plate; I should have sent it back.
My gal had the pancakes, eggs, bacon--- with hash browns that appeared accidentally. She said it was just ok, but she was hungry.
The decaf coffee, for $3.99, was passable only, and maybe not even.
Even though we got the $7 "specials," the bill, plus tip, was still $28, which for the awful food, is no longer a "bargain."
I advised our waitress, when asked how our meals were, that they were less than satisfactory; she smiled and took my credit card.
All-in-all, quite frankly, we will never return to IHOP.

My fiancé went to the IHOP on Warden road this evening. It wasn’t busy and he was ignored. He just happened to be wearing a sheriffs deputy shirt. He sat quietly for 30 minutes and wasn’t spoken to or waited on. We used to love IHOP but apparently that location has decided to join those who look down on our law enforcement. I hope that’s not the case. We won’t be back.

We have left before service because of the dining room environment. They were even friendly about that and offered us a discount to go to another IHOP that day.
