If you want to wait 40 mins for a $17 cold burger and pancakes this is your place. When I finally got a manager who by the way was very polite and pleasant and offered to comp my meal and then it came back out over cooked and the bread hard and toasted..
The waitress seems to take care of all the other clients maybe because they spoke Spanish as well but had us wait 15 mins to place our order then left it sitting in the kitchen and served it cold with a smile
I won’t be going back to this diner in an out makes a better burger for significantly less.

Worst service ever ! My waiter Isabel was extremely rude!!!! Like she didn’t want to work there my husband found a hair in the food! Yeah I know… disgusting i don’t think i ever want to have ihop breakfast AGAIN!!!! Rather cook at home then eat eggs with hair! I didnt make a complaint about the HAIR cause we saw it once we already had our meal! And still payed $60. Isabel please have more PATIENCE & COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Was the worse service I have ever had say down took them ten minutes just to come get our order meanwhile we didn’t get even get served a drink waitress came and took food order and drink order at the same time when food came out my French toast was burnt and my husbands eggs and sirloin tips was cold they brought it back and just put it in microwave and bought it back out our drinks meanwhile was empty never came back to ask for refill it even once asked for a manager sat for fifteen minutes and she never came finally getting ready to leave I found the manager to tell her what was going on

First waiting 25 minutes that is Not the problem, found table dirt, that was not the big Dela, I can get, pancakes any where for kids, That reason that I came here because me and my wife love the sirloin stake, and the funny is they was out of that, and my big Question why they not tell you that before seating also the service terrebile. The plate I can get better any place. I will think now to come here.

I love IHOP—their food and breakfast menu are awesome! The service was also nice, but I couldn’t help but notice the condition of their glassware. I ordered an apple juice, and the glass was full of scratches. At first, I thought it was part of the design, but the server mentioned that it happens due to the dishwasher. My question is—why not replace the ones that are too worn out? Other than that, everything was great. I’ll definitely visit again!
Trashiest IHOP location I've been to. Ordered curbside pickup and checked in on time. They never brought out the food. Called after 14 minutes and they didn't answer. Went inside and they ignored me for an additional 5 minutes. Upon getting service there was no greeting, no apologies, nothing. Food was overcooked and cold. Horrible.

I treated my mom for something to eat. Why did I go here. Food, service and atmosphere was bad. They have one waitress so she sits everyone next to the kitchen. I guess it's easier for her to walk . Food is cold cause she takes everyone order then puts it in at the same time & she trys to bring the food out at the same time. Lazyest server ever. It seems like no one wants to work here and it shows. Run I only went there cause Blueberry hill family restaurant was closed. They have Better food & service. Never going to this ihop again.
