Just left and it’s literally the WORST experience I have ever had in an IHOP. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. Our server was nice but she completely ignored us while checking on multiple other tables in our section. 3 other tables came after us and left before us. Also, to top it all off our food came out COLD.
The food was delicious, the service was good, but the restaurant smelled a little bad and was a little dirty.

Poor service! Kept us waiting for 25 minutes before someone showed at the table. Took orders of people who came after us. People who came after us had food on the tables and we were still waiting. When talked to server and manger they did not accept the mistake at all.

Wait time wasn’t long and after only 5 minutes ended up at a table. Waitress was super friendly and kept us updated when our lunch would arrive. Lunch was great and the service also. Would definitely go to ihop again.

I came in on Tuesday, was immediately greeted by the manager Bryanna, she was very sweet and friendly. Ensured everyone at my table was happy with service & our orders. Other staff were very attentive to me and the surrounding tables. Providing a very friendly environment. I frequent IHOP, and this is my absolute favorite location.
Delicious and fresh food, very clean and the waitress was super attentive and friendly, her name is Natalie, thank you very much for caring about providing excellent service.
