If i could I'd give this IHop a 10. They were busy, but we knew they would be before we ever left home. They were busy and we were patient. This gave us time to observe the team of servers, bussers and hosts working through a pretty good rush. Our server and busser were Lilliana and Maria. They were amazing, Lilliana did her best to keep up with the very quick seating pace the hosts had to keep up and whenever there was a chance for her to be in the kitchen too long and away from her tables, not to worry because the amazing Maria was right there checking on customers and taking plates, getting to go boxes and bags, she TOTALLY had Lilliana's back and took incredible care of the customers while t n eir server was running food etc.. It was really awesome to watch the teamwork and focus from these two women. Great job on hiring these two incredible team members IHOP !!!! It's been a long time since service was good enough to blow my mind but Maria and Lilliana accomplished exactly that today

Wait time was ok. I got seated and it took longer than desired to get a drink going, maybe it was busy... The server never came to check on me after I got my food to see how things were going or if I needed anything. I thought that was basic etiquette. I asked for more lemon and honey for my tea, didn't get that. Didn't get fresh syrup which I'm used to getting.Overall the food was good but the service needs more attention to detail.
