Wait time was ok. I got seated and it took longer than desired to get a drink going, maybe it was busy... The server never came to check on me after I got my food to see how things were going or if I needed anything. I thought that was basic etiquette. I asked for more lemon and honey for my tea, didn't get that. Didn't get fresh syrup which I'm used to getting.Overall the food was good but the service needs more attention to detail.

Manager, cook, bus boy. We walk in and no one is at the front to seat us. I finally hollered at the cook and asked if anyone was working hen from the side, the manager shows up. My wife said he was on his cell phone. I can't confirm or deny it but I know he wasn't up front. The dining experience was about like that. I had to offer the bus boy $5 to grab my wife some warm syrup for her pancakes. Maybe his waitresses called in or it's insanely hard to find help, but whatever, it's not the customer's fault.

Terrible service...it took a long time to serve us. The waiter only told us that it was very busy (but the incredible thing is that there were only 3 tables occupied. Afterwards, the waiter told us that there was no staff in the kitchen. I asked him to give us cutlery and He never brought them...when he brought the food it was cold and my son's was incomplete as well...the first time this happened to me at Ihop everything was very bad 😫👎 my food was cold and the spinach dried out. avocado 🥑 very bad the burnt mushrooms this food has nothing to do with the photo on the menu they should give some discount because it is not fair to pay for such bad food my son left almost all the food because it was cold they should have more staff but All corporations prefer to give bad service than hire staff because the waiter has to clean the table, take the order and charge the customer for their consumption I HOPE YOU PAY ATTENTION ITS THIS RESTAURANT BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS VERY BAD

Can somebody please give the cook Alex a raise, He is phenomenal, my army buddies and I came in one day and he cooked all our food. He was amazing we seen him on his break, after leaving and he was so sweet and treated us with the up most respect. We need more kind people like him. Will be coming back!!!! Hope he’s ready to cook for a larger group next.
