Made an online to go order, didn’t get any sort of notification that it started or was done. There was no host at the host stand during the breakfast “rush”, wasn’t greeted for at least 12 minutes. Left the lobby cuz it got too crowded thinking I’d get a notification when it was done. Never got one. Took 50 min for my order to come out just to have it be cold. Host was quite rude when asked if I was supposed to get a notification. Not coming back, thanks for the crap service.

I had a horrible experience with a pickup order. I placed an order on the website well in advance, this was for a meal before starting work myself, so time was of the essence. With a pickup time of 30 min before I actually received my food.
In that same time, I saw multiple other orders and guests get their meals quickly and efficiently, including multiple large parties. No one even came to speak with me for over 10 minutes.
When I finally got my meal, I brought up the long wait time to the host. She was incredibly rude and demeaning. It honestly was wild and not something I had experienced at a restaurant before.
The worst thing is that a friendly response would have likely just mended the situation but that response made it 100x worse.
Also before I get asked, I already left a complaint with the actual ihop contact us portal.

Horrible service took 35 mins to get food and not even too busy also server never came back after bringing food and hair in food to make it worse im writing this review sitting here while I’ve been waiting like 25 for my check wish I could give 0 stars

This ihop was awful. People were leaving because the staff was a total of 3 on the floor including the manager. The food took so long, almost 2 hours. Service was inadequate. Won't go here again. Party of 3. I love ihop but this not except able. More staff needed. The hostess was taking orders seating people and serving. It wasn't that crowded. Anytime customers are here we are hungry. This restaurant must do better
They have a real good 55+ menu. The breakfast sampler plate was really delicious.

I was relieved to find this IHOP was clean and not smelling of grease. It does however have a smell of sewer, which they attempt to mask with air freshener It was a very different experience. Our server Evelyn was quick and kind. She knew the menu and the food was just what we ordered fresh and delish. You have to be careful when ordering the $6.00 special. This location is $7.00. This is for basic breakfast items. They charge for coffee, toast, everything else. Be careful, that can increase your value meal quite a bit. I don't think I will be going back to this location due to that masked sewer smell.
