Went at about 4 pm yesterday. The waitress was amazing, food was so good and it came out so fast. My kids were being sort of loud cause they were excited and the waitress was so patient and kind to them!

I am from NY and this is by far the best IHOP I have visited. It does not smell like other locations I have visited. It is very clean. The staff are welcoming and very attentive. The food was great in taste and temperature.

Could be a little more attentive. Other than that, no complaints really. I took 3 of my grandchildren to breakfast. They were happy, so I was too.. Came out full & caught the itis!!! 😆😅 Healthy servings of food too!! 👍🏽👍🏽
