Horrible service. Young lady up front was dismissive as well as everyone else in there. What? Cause my wife is in her pj's I don't get equal treatment to the Caucasian families they sat us next to? Asking to top off their coffees when I haven't even ordered mine yet. Sat there for 10 minutes without a word. Got up and they let us walk out. Pretty screwed up time we live in when I can't walk in to a IHOP and get excellent service. Thought it was Denny's for a sec..

Very very much disappointed and disheartened by the experience I had on January 1. Waitress or server. Very rude and unfriendly and typical taking over me. Being dismissive. Food not to par. Eggs dry pancakes under cooked and not quality to what I ordered.. coffee cold very unfortunate unfriendly experience not to the standard policy of I hop I used to have.

Ordered delivery from this store. Most of meal was missing. I got the crepes, it was missing the cream filling and had moldy strawberries on top. Did not include the rest of my meal. I’m lucky I caught the mold before eating it and becoming sick. Will never eat at this location again, not worth the risk.
