Very disappointed with their menu options. Like they took off biscuit and gravy offered me toast with gravy instead. Horrible!! What happened to the old menu items. No chicken n waffles. Who are they catering too. I knew we should of went down the street to Denny's they have everything u might think of eating good food plenty of options. We won't make the mistake going to IHOP again. Its officially off my radar. Service was the only thing good.

I put full responsibility in the hands of management. The cook was brand new and it took over an hour to get our food. The food came out and was not what we ordered. We ate it anyway due to the wait. Some guests were not happy, and the server did a great job of smiling and finding resolution.Kids no longer eat free after 4 pm at this location, nor does a beverage come with their meal even though it is mentioned in the menu.There were multiple tables with guests and no management in the building. Leaving a new cook and a young server to manage a restaurant during a busy time does not make sense and is unfair to the staff. I realize reductions in staff are the norm at restaurants these days, but this was unnecessary as the two staff members here should not have been put in this situation.Vegetarian options: Impossible sausage and burgers.

We order takeout from this place and our food and pancakes came out charcoal brunt we had to go back and have them make it again. Please re evaluate your employees and cooks!

Food was good, service was good. I do have a complaint. I paid at cashier with cash, cashier was scrambling around trying to find the coins for my change. I said " did you run out of coins"? I was told they don't keep coins. I said " how do you make change"? I was told that change comes out of employee's pockets. I could have said keep the change. I already left a 25 percent tip on the table. The point is if you are in business and accept cash as a payment you need to be able to make change. I felt bad for the employee and wonder if employees are reimbursed. I just wonder about the legality of this.

The restaurant had good food and the waitress was pleasant and attentive. This location's downfall is the restrooms. The men's restroom had a horrible smell inside and there was crust above the urinal. The women's restroom was missing a soap dispenser and the remaining soap dispenser was empty. This restaurant doesn't perceive the restrooms as an important part of the business and doesn't properly maintain them. We won't be going back.
