The morning we were there (4/1/24), we got the A-team for friendliness from the hostess, the waitress and even the bus boy. So much so, it compelled me to write this review. The whole staff made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our waitress’s sense of humour. I had the steak burrito and it was hot and delicious.

Today @10am my family & I went for a good breakfast! Overall the food quality wasn't so good, the strawberries we received were frozen, the pancakes were like cardboard, the hot chocolate was just pure water no flavor, both orders of eggs we requested were really oily & bland. The service was great & on point! Just check the quality of the food next time & everything will be 100%.
Went there for a birthday celebration with a party of 17 we arrived at 6pm was greeted shortly beverages & food orders taken 30 minutes had bypassed ,no beverages was brought to the table, only 1 other party of 4 was present at the time, after waiting for 30 we noticed the location was short staffed only 1 cook 1 server was available, we waited very patiently after an hour and a half we decided to leave.VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

Came in alone today (9:00am) and was sat immediately. Unfortunately I was consistently overlooked and larger parties that came after me were serviced first. Multiple servers walked past me with food/drink and said nothing. It wasn’t until after 15 minutes I was acknowledged and was asked if I wanted anything to drink. Another 5 minutes passed by and I noticed the server was just starting to take a large parties order. It wasn’t until I started to walk out of the restaurant that the hostess asked if I had ever been serviced. I told her I had been waiting and no one ever came. She offered to take my order but after being ignored and hungry I decided to try another location. Please do better.

WORST IHOPS EXPERIENCE EVER ! Service is slow. They don’t seat you when you walk in they just stare at you .once seated they take forever to come . Our food came and the bacon was undercooked and the eggs were cold and looked like dog food. I asked for the New York Cheesecake pancakes and instead of putting the cheesecake in the batter like normal they plopped A HUGE amount ontop and put whipped cream on it . The manager loook tired like he don’t care at all and the staff is dry like robots !
