Very friendly service and wide variety of sandwiches to choose from. I'll definitely be returning; their sandwiches are loaded and tasts really good. For one, the inside of this "sandwich shop" has a layout just like a full blown gas station lol I was totally caught off guard by that but impressed at the same time!

Great sandwiches but super slow service and a bit pricey. Also asked for a water cup but wanted to charge me after spending $12 + $1 tip. Not good customer service. Meat was super diced bacon portions and took 20 minutes from order to finish. ( I was the only one there)

We arrived at 9:30 anticipating they were open. The cashier told us to wait till 10 AM for them to open which we did. We walked back in around 1005 and they said “ We have a fat catering order we won’t be taking orders till 11” what kind of a restaurant doesn’t just open at the time posted and why would they have told us to wait till opening instead of saying 11 originally?

The last time I had Ike's was in San Francisco and it was the best sandwich I've ever had. I was so excited to see an Ikes here in Vegas! I went before work, ordering online. I called to make sure I had the right location as I was driving there, and the lady on the phone confirmed I was going to the right Ikes and said my order was already done! I went inside and they started my order.. a little confusing, but not a big deal. Anyways, I waited 25 minutes and the girl working apologized saying she forgot I was waiting. Ok, I'm almost late for work but mistakes happen.
I start driving to work and try the first sandwich with chicken. It was really gross but i tried a few bites until i realized it tasted like raw meat. UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN?!?! And I was on my way to an 11 hour shift?!
I am sad, but I had 2 sandwiches, one for my boyfriend. It was steak so I wasn't too worried about how long they cooked it for. I ate like 1/4th of it and it didn't taste great but it was food and I was starving. I had to spit out many many chunks that I don't think I could chew. After a while, I was just very sad and gave up on eating.
I just spent almost 2 hours of my working wages on sandwiches and ended up throwing them in the trash. I am pretty frugal, I would never throw edible food away, but it was truly awful.
I just moved to the area next to this Ikes and was so damn excited about treating myself and my boyfriend once or twice a week with what I expected to be amazing. The one in San Francisco (years ago) was seriously the best sandwich I'd ever had.
The food at this Ikes was so disappointing. It legitimately made me so sad. A couple stressful work events happened within an hour, and I ended up crying in the bathroom. It was one of those days, ya know? And it all started with two disgusting sandwiches and being made to wait an extra 25 minutes while being forgotten about.

I got the vegetarian turkey and cranberry. Oh my god it is SO good. Big mess with the cranberry sauce but worth it. My only critique - I think the fake turkey is put on the sandwich before it’s toasted, and there were a couple bits of turkey hanging outside the bread that became hard and I couldn’t bite through it. All the turkey within the bread margins was fantastic. And the spicy sriracha- wow. And great prices! Similar sandwich shops in the area want like $18 for a sandwich. This place the majority of the sandwiches are 11-12. And they’re huge! The workers were very friendly. It’s inside a gas station convenient shop which is so weird. But hey, I’ll be back. I had a hard time deciding what to get because there are so many good choices

Might want to consider getting a new manager since she likes to profile people. I’m an Uber driver that been waiting for over 25 minutes for a damn sandwich ! …. She’s seen me sitting waiting for this customers order and still decided not to make this order . She served everyone else’s after me . After 25 minutes i finally asked if the order was ready and it still wasn’t they asked to wait 3 more minutes …. I saw it from the beginning she was going to be an issue …. The employees were great but the manager is horrible . . At this rate you’ll have no customers. Better be lucky I’m not accusing her of racial discrimination cause that’s sure what it seemed like. I do not recommend this place at all. Save your money , time & energy.
I’m an Uber driver I’ve been waiting on a customers order for over 15 minutes . It was only 1 item . They prioritized the customers ordering after i arrived. It’s ridiculous because Uber orders are also customers …… also new employees with better attitudes would be great
