Main issue was service. Luis , manager, was not very helpful and unnecessarily rude to us. Tried to ask him about some appetizers that had never arrived at our table and he proceeded to argue with us and it seemed like he was implying that we were lying. Instead of trying to fix the issue he added to it with an unprofessional attitude and demeanor. I visit Vegas often and thought this would be a cool spot to frequent when in town however after dealing with Luis my mind changed completely. It’s unfortunate that someone who seems to be on such a short fuse is in charge of managing this place and is the example for the rest of his crew.

Luis — HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will never go back and food was not good at all. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
Had a great experience here. My family came here to celebrate after my son's graduation. It was pretty empty at the time, which was nice. We really got to take in the decor, which is pretty eclectic, but fun. I love that there is a mix of foods, it made it easy to feed everyone in the family. And we all loved our meals. The service was great. Would definitely go again.

Terrible service, and the manager, Luis, disrespects customers and their way of speaking to them. I don't recommend this place.

If I could give them a zero, I would!!
Disappointed and Misled by the “Buffet” Experience.
I came to Il Toro e La Capra expecting a proper buffet—variety, freshness, and some culinary pride. What I got felt more like a reheated cafeteria tray. The so-called “buffet” was a bare-bones setup with limp spaghetti that tasted like it had been sitting out since lunch, and pizza slices that were dry, bland, and barely warm. No rotation, no options, no effort.
If you’re going to advertise a buffet, deliver one. This felt like a shortcut dressed up as a feature. I’ve had better pasta from a gas station microwave and more satisfying pizza from a vending machine. For a place that claims Italian-Mexican fusion, this was neither festive nor flavorful—just a letdown.
Save your appetite and your expectations for somewhere that actually respects the word “buffet.”
Great hospitality.
Food was on point.
Highly recomend!

The food was excellent! The servers were very nice! The only reason for the 3 star atmosphere is because the was a very loud group and the hostess put us right next to the table. We would not hesitate to return. I wish we lived closer!

This is one of my all time favorite restaurants. The food is amazing. Lasagna, Fajitas, Flautas, Tacos, and the carne asada pizza are all dishes I have tried on many different occasions and they are all amazing. The buffet on sundays also has a great variety of food and live music! Can’t get much better than this. If you’re on the fence just go, it is amazing.

I went to this restaurant for lunch and ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo pasta. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the dish. Being a big fan of Olive Garden, I couldn’t enjoy the pasta here at all, it was bland and lacked flavor. The chicken also didn’t taste right, almost like it wasn’t cooked well enough, and it was bland as well. Surprisingly, the complimentary soup was way better than the pasta and ended up being the highlight of the meal. On the positive side, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice, which made the overall dining experience pleasant even though the food wasn’t to my liking.
