A man came in screaming talking about how it’s his mother’s last day on earth and she he’d one special request. To not have any cheese on the burger. As a spectator I was sitting with my friends and they were all pointing and laughing but I thought this was simply unjust. How could the employees treat a grieving son with such poor treatment to his needs. And I was even more astonished when I see the security guard just sitting there doing absolutely jack. It’s safe to say given this hostile Environment and lack of sympathy from the employees I will not be returning. And the food wasn’t even bad but to my horror I saw a manager working the worker. After this revelation I couldn’t imagine putting that food near my mouth. Thanks to this event. McDonald’s and Burger King will see an increase in customers.

Great service and food! Reasonably priced as well! Emily who helped was excellent at asking menu questions and accurately took modified orders! She was extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was also very clean. And all staff that I came in contact at least smiled and acknowledged me. Such friendly place to get quick bite eat or take out!

Drove all the way down there just so you can tell me your water's out maybe you should list it online some of us actually pay attention to that stuff
This In-N-Out was clean, servers were courteous and friendly. The food was great as usual ~ Animal style. Yum

I went through the drive thru and after waiting 10 minutes I was then told I needed to pull forward and wait another 10 minutes because my order wasn’t ready (they gave the wrong order to the car in front of us). While waiting about 10 other cars had passed us. I would have came in but I had a sleeping baby. Sophia was very distraught and had no idea whose order was who’s. Very very disappointed with the service
