More expensive than crumble. Smaller cookies and nowhere close to quality. I got the 4pack of deluxe cookies and they were small and had an off taste to the oatmeal cookie. Like too much nutmeg.

After being told our order was ready for pickup, we drove to the location. There was a line of 12 people. Two employees were in the back never helped anyone. It took 20 minutes to do the pickup. The only working worker told us that our order was not in fact ready as we were told and also they were sold out of some of our selections.

0 stars - scammed me lol I ordered via uber eats and it never arrived They called saying the driver was waiting at the hotel ( they were not) they ended the order and made it seem as if they delivered it causing uber to not believe me and make me pay for the order that never arrived 0/10

I asked the clerk if the cookies were similar to Crumble cookies. She said they were a little different. Actually, they are very different from Crumble Cookies.
I tried the special Insomnia Red Velvet Cookies 'N Cream. I was surprised to see it as it was an average sized 3.5-inch cookie for about $3.00 (Maybe $3.25)
The small size was very disappointing, and the flavor was just average and nothing special. While it tasted ok, it wasn't anything to brag about.

I have attempted multiple times to submit an order online. I called the number listed on their Google page and was told I was speaking with someone at a call center. They sent me a link for payment to my phone but I am receiving the same issue. It states 403 Error message. Am I able to pay at the shop at the time of my scheduled pick up? I really wanted these cookies because they are vegan and glutton free. Can someone please contact me and let me know.

Good place to try! I had the Confetti deluxe with a scoop of cookie dough ice cream and it was good. I don’t know if I would come again but the employee that served me was very nice and made the whole experience credible. The interior of the establishment is also very inviting.
