Worst service ever. The cashier acted like serving us was a problem and made us feel unwelcome. No matter how good the ice cream is, terrible customer service ruins everything.
Absolutely disappointing. Worst service ever.
Bro 🤩 life changing
I loving coming here when I'm in town visiting! The cookies are way delicious and the staff is very friendly!
Delicious and open late.
Tracy was amazing great customer service. Came to store on Sunday 8/2 around 3 and we didn't know what we wanted and she walked us through patiently.
Great cookies, and I love that there open so late. The cookies aren't crazy big and are really tasty
Received the cookie cake for a birthday present and it literally is the best cookie cake I've had. It stayed soft for days and I plan on buying their cookies from now on.
They have a great variety of cookies! 🍪 I was surprised that they sell ice cream, too. On my second visit, the cashier gave us a sample of it.
Very yummy, definitely recommend
Fantastic cookies!! So happy they also have vegan options!!! Would love for them to open a location in Summerlin!! :)

Great place but DID NOT LET ME TIP CASHIER ON CREDIT CARD. FIX THAT
Clean…good customer service
The young lady who works there is very knowledgeable and so is the gentleman making it . Give them some kindness. They are doing God's work
I’ve been a fan of Insomnia Cookies for a while, but this experience was disappointing. I pre-ordered through the app, expecting a quick in-and-out. When I arrived (after the pickup time I was given), my order still hadn’t been started. One friendly employee greeted me and ended up making the order on the spot, but it left me wondering why I even bothered pre-ordering.
The cookies themselves tasted fine, but they were completely flat and overcooked on the edges. I’m no expert, but it seemed like the dough may have been too warm when baked or maybe something else was off.
What really stuck with me was the overall vibe. One employee was literally asleep on the counter in the back with their head down, and another was just tucked away, out of sight. The store was empty, so there was no reason my simple 4-cookie order should have been delayed. It just felt like no one really cared.
At the end of the day, $21 for 4 cookies that weren’t made with care is a hard pass for me going forward. I’m all for supporting workers, but customers shouldn’t have to lower the bar this far just to get what they paid for.
Delicious cookies.
